Still waiting on my order it’s been over 15 days , not happy at all.

I have ordered from Vush in December. It supposed to be delivered between 3-6 days. It took 17days (busy period). It was delivered by another company and delivery guy left parcel outside of my house and it was stolen. Company who delivered the parcel said that Vush have to start claim. Customer service start to ignore me after I told them to start claim. I will never order again, terrible customer service.

Ella and Dom vibrator died shortly after the year warranty ended. I have we vibes that I've had for 10 years that still work. 🤷

Average products. Appalling customer service is why I wouldn’t want to deal with them again. Over promise/under deliver and make false claims in advertising.

Bought a rabbit vibrator, it worked fine the first two times then the third time it wouldn't charge properly. As is it still under warranty I tried to get help but they don't respond, just a ridiculous AI thing that constantly tells you it wants to help you.

REPEAT CUSTOMER! I was on the early Vush train & my trusty companion (Rechargeable Precision Tip Bullet Vibrator) died at the beginning of a long overseas stint. I replaced with the exact same product (because it’s THAT good!!) within days of returning to Australia & oh.my.gosh….. not sure how I lasted 12 months without it! Tried the intimate water based gel also…. And finally… a gel that actually works!! VUSH just freaking get it! 😍

Product broke a couple weeks outside of warranty period and was ignored until being told they could not do anything. Customer service was terrible, every email took ages to get a reply to. The product itself is expensive for what it is especially when you consider how short the warranty period is and how easily it breaks. Wouldn’t shop here if you are looking for any sort of customer satisfaction

Reply from VUSH, from my Warranty enquiry, was within 24hrs. Not only that in 'good will' they honoured a Warranty replacement 2 months after expiry.

Quick delivery, what an invention 😍

Vush advertises quick shipping, but it is over 2 weeks since I ordered and my package has not even left the warehouse yet.
I have contacted them twice. The first response I got was non committal and did not provide a solution to my issue. They have since stopped responding to my emails.

I wouldn't waste your time. Order from somewhere else.

I’ve bought from this company twice. The first time I purchased the empress 2. I had it for a while but the suction and pressure was weak. I thought there was an issue with the product so I tried to get an exchange. They told me that wasn’t possible. The device stopped working one day. The light comes on when charging but it never turns on. I only ever used the product a few times and had it for just over a year. In September of 2023 I decided to give this company another chance. I purchased a combo set and I’ve only used it a couple of times and now it light up while on charger but it doesn’t turn on. Idk what to do but for the price I’ve paid I expected them to operate better. I’ve purchased cheaper toys from Amazon that are still working so I don’t recommend this company.

It was not what I thought it was. It is not a very strong vibrator.

I wanted to love this but it failed miserably. My old battery operated toy is better and was a fraction of the cost of this one…

Their products are great. They last and most importantly they deliver on their promise. We just bought some toys to use a couple and cannot wait to try them out. From now on all my toys will be purchase from Vush.
