Died after only 6 uses.

The first 3-4 times I used it, it was great but the 5-6 time it was super loud and then my empress 2 died. Only 12 months after I purchased it and 2 weeks after the warranty ran out it just stopped turning on. Thankfully when I bought it I got a 50% discount because of some Instagram influencer sprooking it - I would be even more disappointed if I paid $200 for something I only got to use 6 times. I don't recommend - there are plenty of products that last longer on the market, especially for that price.

My original Empress died about a month…

My original Empress died about a month over warranty (a little over a year of use). I was devastated because she was the best. Couldn't get a new one because she was replaced with the Empress 2 which is crap in comparison to the original. I will be hunting for something new and similar to the original Empress. Disappointed 😞

Unfortunately this device is not for me.
The buttons aren’t responsive enough and it sounds like a Jack hammer.
Have tried a couple of times because I really wanted to like it but I’m very disappointed. Also, probably not great if you’re super sensitive as the contact point is very specific, or if you like a good amount of pressure the maximum intensity may not be enough, especially if you’re easily distracted by the sound.

Suction toys can take a bit of practice to get the technique right, and we definitely recommend having a couple of sessions to get acquainted and trying a few different angles to get the pressure right, as sometimes even a millimetre or two can make all of all the difference! Although it is our best-selling toy, it's always important to remember that everybody is unique, so what works for one person may not work for another.

Yodel tried delivering it on 28th June 2022 but I was not at home. I followed up with Yodel but all I got was "Your order is on its way".

Vush Empress 2 - no orgasm & blister

Bought a Vush Empress 2 for my partner, and unfortunately it was terrible. We have often used sex toys and my partner has regularly orgasmed with them, but the Vush Empress 2 just caused a blister. I asked me partner about this and she thought it was due to the vacuum like sensation. So, some enjoyment, no orgasms and a blister. That was her experience.

muse and amused

I have just bought the muse! I’m not amused tbh. The charging attachment is flimsy! Keeps coming off!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ The stimulation isn’t strong and the design of the buttons would be better. I get worried I’m going to press a button while is operating and holding it in place firmly to try to get the feeling.

not charging

I received the product in a timely fashion. Looks great, but I have tried to charge it several times and it continues not taking the charge. Will not turn on. I am hoping the company will take care of this for me.

Great toys… when they work!

Loved my first toys, so when they released new ones with a huge discount, I ordered immediately. There was a delay due to stock running out but they did keep those who had ordered the out of stock item informed. They always arrive in nice boxes and discrete packaging.
The Empress 2 is brilliant, but after a month or so it started acting up, turn itself on (usually in the middle of the night) and wouldn't turn off unless put on charge. Ironically, if I tried to turn it on to actually use, it wouldn't turn on.
I contacted Vush and did receive an automated reply that their customer service is busier than usual and thus response times were delayed. I waited for a couple of weeks then contacted on Instagram, their team replied pretty quickly and gave their customer service team a nudge, then got a reply to my email shortly after their reply on IG.
They asked for a video of the toy not working and my address to send a new one, which I provided, then there was another delay in response, but when they did get back to me, they agreed the toy was not working properly and immediately sent a replacement, which has worked so far.

I can see other reviews saying customer service is terrible - it is very slow, but I have found them to be helpful when they do eventually get back to you!

Aside from the Empress 2 issues, all the other toys have been working fine!

UPDATE: the replacement Empress 2 also stopped working within a few months. Very disappointing for such an expensive toy…?

Faulty and terrible customer service

I used the empress 2 twice, it broke and after an initial response to my first email Vush will now not respond. It has been over a month since my initial email letting them know it stopped working. I had one response requesting a video showing the fault, which I supplied and I have heard nothing since! 3 chaser emails sent and contacted via instagram. I spent a lot of money for what feels like nothing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
