I can not rave and compliment Vush any more <3 Branding is incredible, shipping is so bloody fast, products are beautiful and overall 10/10! I have recommended Vush products for multiple of my friends (with and without sex toys/experience). I think Vush would have to be the least intimidating sex toy brands I have ever come across making those who are nervous about buying these products more comfortable. Again I can not stop raving and complimenting Vush - it’s seriously my favourite thing to talk about 😅🤍

My empress 2 stopped working and they responded and once I sent them pictures and video proof that it was no longer working they sent a new one right away.

Really bad response time, took weeks to receive a response from the customer service team. Overall just a really bad customer experience.

This company seems to be a scam. I ordered my product and received it in a reasonable amount of time, however it stopped working within a month. It is supposed to have a 1yr warranty, but their only form of contact is email, to which no reply other than automated is received. Do not use this company!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. All I am trying to do is organise a replacement for my faulty empress 2 which stopped working 6 months after purchase. I have sent over 4 emails to vush between January and now. I got one reply back in Jan stating that I need to send through videos of the fault. Since then, no reply. I try to find a head of dept. contact to see if I can take things further but there doesn't seem to be anything available. My 1 year warranty is going to be up by the time they respond. Is that the plan Vush? For such a large amount of money spent on a business that prides themselves on quality products, I don't understand how the communications and customer service side of things can be so poor. Or just simply non existent!! Please can you reply to my emails and organise my replacement empress 2. Really unhappy. Thanks.

I order online. My product was supposed to ship 2/25, I have a tracking number. There has been no movement as of 3/22. I have reached out to the email provided, which is the only way to contact, 3 times and I have not received a response, a refund, or the merchandise. This was a bachelorette gift and the party has passed. Extremely poor everything, all the way around. Be aware

Great for the first 3 weeks, but the suction is basically non existent now and still waiting on a reply after 5 emails over 18 days, terrible customer service. Basically theft. Do not give this company any money.

I was skeptical, but after reading reviews I was sold. I was more sold after I was able to get to know it. Definitely feeling the love!

Received product and it didn’t work. Contacted Vush via email, received their automated response to advise will take 5-7 Business days to respond, on day 8 after not receiving a response I followed up with another email, cut to over 3 week later, many emails, Instagram DM and I still have not had one single reply or acknowledgment, apparently they’re happy selling dodgy products to their customers. The customer service is atrocious, do not waste you money!

WARNING: After 21 days, 3 emails and an insta message, VUSH have finally responded to me to advise that they cannot honour the 1 year warranty on my brand new, non-working product, as it was purchased via Adore Beauty. There is no mention of not honouring faulty items via third party sellers in their T&Cs! They have palmed me off to Adore. Avoid VUSH at all costs!

Original: I ordered and received the Vush Abbie from Adore Beauty in early February, however, it won't charge despite many attempts to do so correctly and in line with the instructions. As a result, I have a product which has never worked. I emailed Vush 12 days ago to request support and have had no response. Very disappointing to see they have the time to respond to reviews here, but cannot allocate time to follow up a customer support email in a reasonable timeframe. Hoping the situation can be resolved soon.

Honestly amazing in every single way. Brilliant delivery service, fast and reliable, and the people in the company are amazing at communicating with customers.
