I ordered a personalised backpack for my grandson which, due to the personalisation had a ten to fifteen working day lead time. After twelve or thirteenth working days I received an email informing me that the package had been despatched. All well and good and what I expected. Soon after, I received an email from Yodel letting me know that they had my order. I’m under the assumption that after paying £5:99 shipping it would be next day delivery - or the day after that for sure. Four days have now elapsed since the initial email from Yodel and the tracking information remains exactly the same, that they have my package ! I think that VX3 should seriously consider using a different courier service as Yodel seems to be a totally incompetent enterprise.
Let me be clear, this is not a gripe about VX3 but about their chosen couriers. On top of this, the backpack is for my young grandson who is nagging me relentlessly over when his backpack is being delivered.

Quality clothing well made and good fit

Made an order for 2 tops. Made order on the 7th of September and they got delivered on the on the 1st of October . Only after 3 calls and an email. I got a promise I'd have it before the end of 26th September! Never happened

VX3 have just become the kit provider for my local rugby team including my son's junior side. The quality is great and the range of apparel is pretty extensive. Sizing is pretty true. Have ordered hoodies, polo's, 1/4 zips and jackets and super pleased with the lot.

Just got a bunch of sports clothes from this place, some on sale and some full price. Delivery was quick and everything showed up in good condition. The quality is really good, especially for the sale stuff, but the full-price items are solid too. Overall, a good experience and I’ll definitely be back for more.
