Great customer service. I ordered silicone free foam catheter…
I received a prompt response from Vyne. They immediately off a full refund. I have asked for the correct order to be dispatched. I await the reply. But so far, excellent customer service.
I ordered silicone free foam catheter retaining strap as my mother has developed a rash with silicone straps. Vyne sent silicone backed straps that are of no use. I can now not send them back as I opened them to see if they were the correct ones. Apparently I cannot return once opened. These straps cost £30 with postage and I'm stuck with something I can't use. Don't order from this company.

Excellent customer service from Vyne
Excellent customer service from Vyne, particularly Sarah Freeman. My parcel was incorrectly delivered by Royal Mail, but Sarah dealt with the issue extremely quickly and professionally. She arranged a full refund and a replacement with upgraded DPD delivery.
I then managed to locate the original parcel at a neighbouring address, and Sarah immediately cancelled the replacement and kindly allowed me to keep the refund as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.
Very impressed with how the situation was handled from start to finish. Sarah was helpful, understanding and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service.

The adhesive is not strong enough to hold the tube. It only lasts a few hours before it gives up. Very poor if hot weather or suntan lotion put on after application
