Excellent communication directly from staff at the shop. Very honest and arranged for delivery the next day, free of charge at a time to suite me. Also honoured delivering my item to the garage as requested.

Absolutely top-notch customer service, 200 children HAPPY ;-)
Absolutely awesome - the team at Wades worked wonders to help deliver some replacement wildflower seed boxes (4 x 1kg) to our primary school for Ecology Day (enough seeds for 200 children) when a different supplier really let us down. Wades took the challenge in their stride and delivered the seeds in 15 hours flat, meaning that we could still go ahead with our day, inspiring the children to look after nature. We will now uses Wades every time - and I was delighted they were so helpful. Huge thanks from the staff and children at Grayshott Primary School :-) We'd give six stars if we could!
