Difficulty with delivery
I ordered a saucepan which when it arrived was exactly what I had ordered on 12.4.23.
However I was asked or a review on 19/4 and 24/4 before the saucepan had arrived. Ten I received a communication from Royal mail that the postage had been underpaid by £3.20. I paid this and the saucepan finally arrived on 25//4

I had to phone up to discuss a product and they couldn't have been more helpful, honest and open. I haven't bought from Wades before but from the first impression I definitely will trust them and almost certainly will buy from them again.

Easy purchase, good value.
Easy ordering, great electric stove, good price and easy to collect from the store. Would definitely recommend Wades. Shop looked really good with plenty of choice of electrical products too.
