I put one because I cannot put less.
I purchased an item that never arrived. When I first talked to them they said I should wait. Now they won’t even answer. Very bad.

Bought a harness in April 2023 but it wouldn’t stay closed. I returned it, as instructed, with proof of posting but didn’t and haven’t received my refund. Have emailed and messaged many times but still no refund. I have no harness and no refund, very unhappy

Should have read the reviews before I purchased, dog harness arrived and it was cheap crap!...sent it back and waited for my refund!....guess what?..... nothing!!!!....had to get my money back through PayPal!....stay clear

Rubbish. Bought two (£39.99), one broke (closing clip) before two months of use. Offered 30% off another. Why would I throw more money at a shoddy product ?
Have since bought one from another company via Amazon, cheaper, but appears sturdier, and can be returned via Amazon if faulty. Avoid Waggy Tails, don’t waste your money.

The quality needs looking at, big time!

I really wished I read the reviews very poor products only used 3 times clip broken as over 30 days wouldn’t do anything only offered 30% off next order to buy another piece of crap. Stick it where the sun don’t shine. All I can do is write a review and suck it up. Don’t buy from this seller. Again should of done my home work and read the reviews

The buckle was obviously defective. It would constant come undone and my dog got out multiple times. Within the first two weeks the buckle finally gave out and broke. I threw it out. The stitching on the name badges also came loose so they fell apart.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Quick to respond and very helpful until the order was placed and payed. After that there’s nothing but silence. Such a scam!

Scam. Never replied to my messages, had to file a charge back for my money back. Never received items. Steer clear of these people who bought followers and comments on their instagram.

As mentioned in other reviews I bought a Waggy Tails dog harness, and the flimsy buckle snapped within 6 months. I too was offered a 30% discount on a new one, when I actually expected a replacement harness or at worst a new buckle. I certainly won't be taking up their offer. buy cheap buy twice.

Don't buy from this company they sell cheap flimsy rubbish items never arrived and could not get a refund
