What should have been a one time $50 charge has now cost me $120 and a bunch of time. Still no response to my email to the company....

I tried Wagnific just to see if it would help. To my surprise, my dog actually lays down and stays calm during fireworks now. Much better than before.

Scam billing . Signed up for $19.99 one time charge for access to melodies course. They charged $19.99, $47 & $48 that same day. My account shows no membership or billing history. Emailed 3 times, and contacted chat. They have now charged an additional 3 months for service and will not respond, cancel or refund.

Contacted your support multiple times- you do not respond or your chat bot indicates it will cancel but still got billed again. Finally had to address through my credit card to have charges reversed but company fought tooth and nail to claim i had a subscription or membership beyond the one time service I signed up for- although their own website showed I had no membership or subscription.

I was initially very pleased with the music service, which provided great support during several storms. However, I was shocked to discover a $49/month charge on my credit card, which I hadn't noticed in the contract. I feel this price is excessive and must have overlooked the details when signing up. I canceled my subscription today.

Three children ages 4, 6, and 8 plus one hyperactive beagle named Cooper was a recipe for absolute chaos in our household. Well, I'm 73 and not exactly what you'd call "tech savvy" but my granddaughter helped me download this contraption for my little Jack Russell, Patches. She's been getting more anxious as she's gotten older, especially during our frequent desert thunderstorms here in Arizona.
I was skeptical about the whole "binaural melody" business - sounds like something from Star Trek! But I have to admit, Patches does seem more relaxed. She actually stayed on her bed during the last storm instead of hiding under my recliner and shaking like a leaf.
The app is straightforward enough that even this old timer can operate it. Modern technology that actually helps instead of just complicating things!

Volunteer at local animal shelter. we've been using this with our most anxious dogs before meet and greets. makes them SO much more adoptable when they're calm and relaxed instead of stressed and reactive.

DO NOT subscribe to this company. It is a total rip-off at $80/month. Use Spotify dog music instead, it is equally effective and no where near the cost. The subscription is less than clear and had I known this was the cost I would never have signed up in the first place. Have asked to cancel the subscription, let’s see what happens. 😡😡

Track #5 is by musical artist Chantress Seba, and not an original Wagnific composition. Leads me to believe the other tracks are also inauthentic and that this is not a legitimate service. Sent an email to their support team with no response. No avenue for taking advantage of the 30-day money back guarantee.

Just ordered this for my 6 month old rescue. Had the chance to play 2 songs and now nothing!!!! No training tips, nothing! What comes up is an extended offer with a coupon, which I don't want because I can't even access what I've paid for!!! I can't reach out to their customer service because I can't find their information to do so!!!! I'd definitely say this is a scam!!! I'm very upset with this so called company!!! Get off the internet and quit stealing off people who are hard workers!!! Try working yourself!!¡!

Scam - while you can log into the website and get the music - which does calm my dog, I paid the supposedly one off fee for lifetime access - they have now taken £87. There is no contact address, email address, phone number or chatbot that I can see on their website. I have very little hope of getting this money back but I have blocked the payment on my bank account so I'm hoping that works. 30th July 2025 After a couple of email chasers and a request through the chat it I got confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and a refund of last payment.
