Lack of support with NewWeigh Diet
For the last 16 weeks I have been doing the NewWeigh diet. Having done a similar diet years ago I knew what to expect but I wasn't impressed with the support from this company. There was supposed to be an initial phone call to explain everything, but all I got was an email confirming I could start ordering the product.
On one delivery a few of the satchets were punctured and had to be replaced.
Every week I would text in with a picture of my weight and it would be a day or two before I even got a reply.
Having done 16 weeks and reaching my target, I wanted advice about the MRP but I got no reply.
I had to contact NewWeigh themselves and with their help eventually then got a reply from Waistaway. No support or even advice for the following weeks to come. It was as if, now the diet was coming to an end, they didn't want to know.
I am extremely pleased I've come this far and achieved my goal but very disappointed with the lack of support and advice.

Great service from Gareth, prompt delivery and if you stick to the diet and only have the correct amount of products per day, lose a stone in a month and feel great!

Effective if you want to loose weight
