Goal succeeded! I've lost a stone; my starting weight on 8th March was 11st 3lbs and I am now now 10st 3lbs. I feel so much better and am now focusing on perhaps losing another 1 or 2 pounds and maintaining a consistent weight. My BMI is a healthy 22.9. Fabulous support by Gareth at Waistaway. Thank you!

Always great service.
I’ve used Waistaway on and off for several years. Always good service and the maintenance shakes taste really good. I know they are really supportive whichever journey you take to losing weight.

When I emailed about it - on a Sunday night - I got an email within a couple of hours apologising and ensuring that the missing delivery would be sent the next day. I received it Tuesday morning. Mistakes happen but how you deal with it makes all the difference, and I can’t fault how quickly they sorted it. Will definitely use again
