Walcot were amazing and so kind!
They were amazing and so kind, I was not sure about ordering two poles and they refunded me for one. Now that I got my first delivery I was so impressed with the quality of the rod - gorgeous

Beautiful poles
All arrived well packed. All ready cut to size. The poles are very solid, as are the brackets. The client was very impressed and clearly very happy. 10/10 for workmanship, communication, and design

Love the poles and quality
Love the poles and quality. Alice is very helpful. One thing the costs of Brecit etc( which is not Walcots fault ) but this is the only negative thing.
Very Happy clients.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - i ordered wrong poles online and i sent email to ask for order amendment and refund of extra money paid, Walcot house team replied to it in 1 day and completed refund transfer at the same time. Also, the feedback channel is simple and direct - replying email sending me the invoice of my order. I like their service and curtain poles (beautiful).
