Bad Customer Service & Wrong order
Received my order with the wrong size so I emailed the customer service email provided online. Sent my email on Friday and got a response on Monday to state “we cannot modify your order once shipped, have a great day!”. Extremely unhelpful as it is a Christmas present and I was given the wrong size from what I ordered. No hell given on how to return the item or receive a refund.
Sent an email back today and probably won’t hear again until another 3-4 days which is great. Wouldn’t order from them again.

Thanks for your order and review. I checked back to see what has happened here. The product ordered was stated as a very slim fit and recommending to go up in size. The team predicted this from previous customer feedback and this is why you were sent the size up. I think this is where the confusion with Joanna's reply came from. Either that or a mistake on her part misreading the initial email.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will review this process and make improvements going forward.

This company is fantastic
This company is fantastic. There was a delay in receiving my package, not their fault, Royal Mail hold up...the Communication to resolve the issue was excellent. The products are fantastic, I've order several times, jumpers wearl and wash well. My husband loves them and he loves the brown hold all bag I treated him to. I highly recommend this company.

I was purchasing a weekend bag and had intended to use my Autumn discount, but proceeded without doing so. I emailed the company and without hesitation, Joanna refunded my account the allowed discount.
This is an Irish based Company selling the most beautiful leather weekend bags. 10/10 for quality and service.

Wouldn’t bother ordering, sizing is nothing like the photos and when you return the product they confirm they’ve received it but don’t bother processing the refund (over 6 weeks since confirmation).
