Walker & Hunt  Avis

Had to get a jumper exchanged for a different size. They were out of stock but refunded no problem.
Found them easy and quick to deal with it.

I bought the Heritage leather bag for a birthday gift for my son. The quality is amazing and it looks so well. He absolutely loves it and it is a bag he will have for a lifetime. The packaging is great and it comes with its own dust bag. I will definitely be buying from Walker and Hunt again, a great company to deal with.

Easy to use website. Good products. Helpful customer service.

I’m really happy with the quality and the service.

Nice product--good fit---quick delivery--goodish price

Very easy website. You are kept informed the whole way from ordering to delivery.
Good quality clothes. Great shape and looks very well when worn.

Responded via email upon item returned. Refund as no other item available.

Brilliant quality and quick delivery. Thank you

Excellent customer service, quick delivery and great product. We got the bag and wash bag for our son for Christmas, however his partner had also got him a similar present so unfortunately we returned the items. All I can say the quality is excellent and I will definitely use Walker & Hunt in the future.
The communication re the returns was excellent Thank you Joanna.

First time buyer and very happy with the quality and speed in which I received the cloths.

I also made an error on the delivery address which customer services fixed within hours with no fuss. 5 star, will be shopping with these guys again!!!

Great quality products, prompt delivery and great after service.

Easy ordering, fast delivery and very happy with the product bought, a men’s weekend bag, which came with a complimentary wash bag. Thank you

Great experience. I made an error with my order and they were very quick to respond and rectify. Excellent customer service :)

So glad I found this brand. My husband has been looking for a nice travel bag for a while but the ones he found were overpriced and so small! I saw an advert for Walker & Hunt on Instagram and immediately ordered the travel bag and matching wash bag as a Christmas present. The travel bag is a great size, feels really durable, and love that it comes with a shoulder strap. The matching wash bag is lovely, great size and really stylish. There was a slight issue with shipping (courier fault) but Walker & Hunt’s customer service team (specifically Joanna) replied to my email the same day and rearranged the delivery. I’ve bought from them again already and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Ordered items on Tuesday and had them next day. Very prompt service.

They sent me out a jumper similar to the one I ordered but not the correct one. I emailed them and they sent the correct one out straight away and I received it on the 6th Dec. Very efficient and I would buy of them again.

Great quality clothes and Good customer service 😊

I recently placed and order with W&H and unfortunately through what I believe was theft from the DPD delivery driver, the parcel was slashed open and some of the contents missing. I emailed and explained to W&H what had happened and Shane was extremely understanding of the situation. They reposted out the items even though the fault was not theirs and the customer service was truly commendable. When given the option for currier I would recommend selecting fastway instead. Will definitely purchase here again. Thank you to Shane and team for their help!
