Put of ordering again
First of all I had to pay for postage then had to return my items thought material looked cheap. Now I'm having another £5.25 deducted from my refund to pay for Collect +. It has cost me £10 and I've nothing to show for it. It will actually put me off buying again.

Really like your clothes and trainers but think the customer services not the quickest for replying and not very personal feels at times like the messages are automated. Nice to be able to.call to explain your request when not getting the reply to the question you are asking in the email.

Been shopping with walk in wardrobe…
Been shopping with walk in wardrobe over a year now and when I received my sweater last week there was a hole in it, I emailed them, sent picture, and to this day I still haven't got anything sorted out regards refund, was offered 20% off to get the hole fixed which I think is absolute madness,they obviously don't have any value on there customers who spend money with them regularly so I won't be shopping with them again.

Alternatively, if you visit the Returns Portal here > www.walkinwardrobeonline.com/returns, you'll be able submit your return for a faulty item and then post back your order to us using a tracked method (An Post or DPD for example). Please keep a hold of your shipping receipt so we can reimburse you for your shipping and email to us a copy.
