My order arrived so quickly (ordered on Sunday afternoon)and it arrived in my rural mailbox early Wednesday morning. Beautifully presented. I was delighted with my purchase (t-towel and washed cloths supporting Starship) An amazing $6 of my $10 t-towel was donated to Starship and $4 of my wash cloths. Well done Wallace Cotton. Very generous. I think you should advertise that along with the products. (I thought maybe $1 from each item might be donated.)👏👏👏

Going the extra mile
I was in the Te Aro store looking for a particular item than had been in the sale, but my size was no longer there. The attendant offered to check other stores and ring me. Within a couple of hours she called me back saying there was one last item available in NZ in my size and asked if I'd like it to be couriered to the store, free of charge. She did, I picked it up within 3 days, and am very happy. She went the extra mile and I couldn't have asked for better service.
