We just wanted to say that the whole process from beginning to end was very professional and also very friendly.



From the undertaker who collected mom (carol) on 1st November 2025 to the funeral on 4th December 2025.



Every single person involved was kind and considerant of my mom's wishes and our thoughts and feelings at such a sad and difficult time.



Karen you were very professional very friendly and with your help and guidance to make the process of arranging the funeral not so daunting as we were all dreading it ,as it was the first time we had to do this.

Every detail and request was done without any problem at all.



The flowers were beautiful, the order of service and the photos were all done with care.



Angela never met my mom, she spoke about her with respect and everyone said that it was a beautiful service, she was really great.



The undertakers on the day were respectful and helpful and did their job very thoughtfully on a difficult day.



We would like to thank all involved for helping us through the last few weeks and how professional A & A Walters are, so glad our mom picked you.

A A Walters recently looked after my mum Michelle Brookes when she passed away on the 2nd November and we cannot thank them enough with how kind and considerate they have been with us as a family and with my mom, making sure everything was perfect for us visiting her in the chapel of rest and the way Stacey helped us to arrange the funeral and explaining everything clearly with compassion at such a sad time. They were so helpful with absolutely everything and on my moms funeral day they made sure everything was arranged perfectly and we would like to also thank Tony who has been amazing throughout with us as a family taking his time to talk to us as a family and my little girl too thank you all so much for everything

I would like to thank A&A Walters in Tipton for the care and compassion from they were called after my father’s passing to collecting his ashes this afternoon. Karen who dealt with things on our family’s behalf was wonderful allowing us to deal with our grief without having to worry about anything to do with the funeral as she made sure everything thing we asked for was catered for and this made things so much easier for us. Also special mention to the gentlemen who dealt with the funeral on the day, nothing was to much trouble. We as family wouldn’t hesitate to use A&A Walters again should the need arise. My brother , Keith , recently passed. From the first contact with A&A Walters Tipton, their service has been 5 star. Stacey handled our funeral service and she was just AMAZING . So gentle ,kind and considerate. Our family have always used A&A Walters, always a hood service.

We recently lost my mother Marg, and although not unexpected, having battled bravely with Dementia and Breast Cancer, navigating such a loss can be both a difficult and sad time. Fortunately we had A A Walters to share our burden, hold our hands, and offer guidance born from years of experience. These people care deeply about you, and your loved one who has passed.
I'd like to thank Andy at the Sedgley Office, Phil at the Tipton HQ, Dave who guided us on the day of the funeral, and all members of their first class team that pull together so everything runs like clockwork. Their care, dedication, professionalism, empathy, and eye for detail are second to none.
The range of service offered, from choice of vehicles, designs for order of service for the mourners, through to urns, caskets and floral tributes, made it possible to put together a service that reflected Mom's personality, tastes, and likes. I don't have the words to express how important that is on the day. We're all different in life, and we should have the means to reflect that when we depart. Thank you all for making that happen.

A & A Walters Limited, did my moms funeral on, 1.10.25, at 10.20am.
Everything went wonderful, the respect the gentlemen showed towards my mother was wonderful. I cannot fault them at all. David the conductor, went above and beyond, his respect towards me, as a daughter was wonderful and to my mom he gave the upmost respect. Well done David. My mom passed away on 30th August but had already booked her funeral in 2009 so everything was already in place apart from a few little touches . Paige helped us put those special touches in place she was marvellous lovely to talk to anything to help.
Our moms funeral was 24th sept and the horse and carriage was magnificent and the bearers from Walters respected her beautifully thank you to you all she would have been so proud , I can’t thank you enough on behalf of all the family x.

As a family we have been using A&A Walters since the 1960s and although we are no longer particularly local it was my mum Brenda's express wish that they would act on her behalf and we were not disappointed.
At such a difficult time it is a great help to have such an excellent company to guide you through.
Stacey was thorough and professional but at the same time friendly and reassuring and made the whole experience less daunting.
On the day of the funeral Dave was a huge support and struck just the right tone of dignity and respect.
