I found Andy very helpful and compassionate when dealing with my late mothers funeral, Dorothy Yates and kept the family up to date on all the arrangements.

Our beautiful mom Valerie Akins recently passed away after a short battle with cancer and we turned to Walters to organise all of the funeral arrangements.
From the first day we met the staff they were all professional,approachable and understanding.This was very comforting due to the circumstances.
Special thanks and appreciation to Stacy who coordinated our funeral requests she was empathetic and patient throughout and to Tony for his professional and respectful manner.
My mom was born and raised a stones throw away from Walters Tipton office and we are extremely grateful to Walters staff for a warm and personal service.

Thoughtful and adaptable service provided by Walters and good value. Helped create a church service that paid fitting tribute to my beloved wife.

My Father Martin Stokes sadly passed away in may of this year. A and A Walters were our local funeral directors I have to say that from the first contact we had with them through Andy at there Sedgley office to the day of the funeral they were fantastic, this was the first time I have had to deal with a funeral and found the thought quite daunting but A and Walters helped us from start to finish explaining everything we needed to do and what time, they organised everything for us and nothing was to much trouble. They arranged for us to see my Dad in their chapel which was a moving experience. The day of the funeral went without a hitch and David who was our main contact on the day was so respectful and couldn’t do enough for us explaining how everything would work and the timings of the event. We were showed great respect and dignity throughout. A and A Walters are a very professional company who I would without hesitation recommend to anyone needing funeral directors.

As a family we have had to make use of AAWalters quite a few times.Most recently on the sudden loss of our brother Graham.At all times the staff were courteous and very professional helping to make a horrible time a little easier to bear.

As a family we would like to thank the Walter’s staff for helping us through a very difficult time the passing of my Dad Ron and Aunty Sheila in the space of 3 weeks. Stacy was our funeral planner she was always there to help and reassure us and very kind and caring. Also thanks to Phil and Ant for their support so we could see Dad in the chapel as this was a hard day for me and my Sister. Also Ant Kelly for doing a fantastic job on both of the funerals.

After losing our beloved mom Lynn, we were heartbroken and completely unsure where to start. We’d never had to arrange a funeral before, and the whole idea felt overwhelming. But before she passed, our mom had told us how good you were and had suggested we use you when the time came. We’re so grateful we listened.

We called your Tipton office to let you know she had passed and within half an hour your team were with us. They were respectful, kind, and professional, and reassured us that they would take good care of her. And they did.

A couple of days later, we were invited in to begin the arrangements. We were anxious, not knowing what to expect, but from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel safe and supported. Stacy welcomed us into a private room and guided us through everything with such compassion and clarity. Nothing was rushed or confusing. She explained each step, helped us choose the coffin mom had wanted, and made sure every one of our wishes was respected.

Stacy went above and beyond with her attention to detail and empathy. For something we were dreading, she made it feel surprisingly manageable and even comforting. She also arranged for a celebrant named Angela, who was just as thoughtful. Angela took time to really understand our mom’s life, from beginning to end, and on the day of the funeral, she delivered a service that was simply beautiful. It truly felt like our mom was seen, honoured, and remembered exactly as she should be.

Throughout it all, the communication from Stacy and Angela was excellent. We were kept informed, gently supported, and never left wondering what was happening next.

We can’t thank you all enough. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend A&A Walters to anyone going through the loss of a loved one. You treated our mom with the dignity she deserved and helped us give her the farewell she would have been proud of.

Our family were totally overwhelmed with the professionalism, courtesy and compassion shown to us at the most difficult time when we lost our mom, Stacy literally went above and beyond, we wanted to celebrate our moms life and introducing us to the celebrant Angela enabled us to do exactly that, she was amazing, all the staff on the day were so respectful and followed our wishes to the letter, A&A Walters are definitely the people to use when you lose a loved one, thank you so very much.

The service and professionalism we received from Karen at A &A Walters in arranging our father’s funeral, John Thompson, was excellent and we cannot fault them at all. From first contact until the service and cremation we were handled with sympathy and we can’t thank them enough.

All of the staff I had contact with were very professional. We ere handled with sympathy from the first phone call, through the funeral arrangements and the funeral itself.

Stacy guided us through the planning of the funeral and was so helpful, always there to reply to an email or call. On the day the staff who took us to the funeral service and cemetary were superb. Karen and the team from the moment I called them were nothing but amazing and supportive to myself and my family, after loosing my wonderful dad Trevor Allen they made organizing the funeral stress free, Karen was nothing but kind and compassionate, dads funeral really was a beautiful send off we can’t thank you all enough!

We sadly had to arrange two funerals within just 7 weeks,first for our Dad and then for our Mom. Walters supported us through both losses with outstanding care and compassion.
Phil was our first point of contact, and his kindness and calm approach made a huge difference during such a difficult time, he guided us through the initial steps with sensitivity and reassurance. Later, Sam arranged the enhanced pure cremations firstly for our Dad and then again for our Mom, handling everything with the utmost professionalism and respect.
