After placing an order online

After placing an order online. My item did not arrive I had to query this as I was advised there had been stock issues which took over a week to resolve.

Being told about stock issues only when you chased us up, after waiting and wondering where your order was, is completely unacceptable. We should have contacted you immediately when we discovered the stock issue, rather than leaving you to discover the problem yourself. The fact that it then took over a week to resolve compounds the poor service you experienced.

You deserved timely communication about the delay and regular updates whilst we worked to resolve the stock issue.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologise for the lack of communication and the extended delay.

I still haven't got my printer ink

I still haven't got my printer ink. The instruction was that I would collect it at Bay Passage shop but I got a notification saying it was out for delivery...delivery to where? And now I have received this request to rate my experience?!!!
The time it is taking to get a simple order is ridiculous...I paid on 17 April. Payfast confirmed the payment was successful on that date. On 19th, I received a message from Waltons saying my "order cannot be confirmed until you make payment"!
On 21st received message saying payment received, order being processed.4 days after payment was made!!!!!??????
22nd. Message: Order out for delivery (I assumed to Bay Passage)
22nd. Message. Order dispatched to courier.
25th. This survey request.
Where is my Order?????
Not impressed AT ALL!

Great Communications

I could honestly not believe how fast my goods were delivered. I thought I was going to wait a few days but it was delivered the next day.

Very impressed
