Excellent service and client care

Waltons was super helpful!

Waltons was super helpful when we called and needed guidance with regards to which product will work for our needs. We then ordered and paid for the product online. We collected the product at the store where we received the same professional and efficient service.

HP printer order

I placed my order on Monday the 04th of May. By the Friday I had heard nothing. I sent a message on the Waltons website asking for an update. Only then was i contacted saying there was a stock problem and they were busy sourcing one. By the Friday afternoon I received a message from the courier saying I should receive my delivery by today, Tuesday 12th. So hopefully I will receive it today. So not terrible service but just lacking in communication.

Products not delivered

UPDATE
My order was delivered on 12 May 2026, thank you!

My order was supposed to be delivered on 7 May 2026 but it wasn't. I contacted the store and they said my order will be delivered on the 8 May 2026 and yet again it wasn't delivered. I'm not happy because i have waited for 2 days, i had to cancel all appointments to wait for a parcel that was not even delivered.

I don't trust this store anymore and at this point i just want a refund 😒
