From ordering to receiving everything went smoothly. One complaint is after ordering from Waltons I started receiving spam messages.

HP printer order

I placed my order on Monday the 04th of May. By the Friday I had heard nothing. I sent a message on the Waltons website asking for an update. Only then was i contacted saying there was a stock problem and they were busy sourcing one. By the Friday afternoon I received a message from the courier saying I should receive my delivery by today, Tuesday 12th. So hopefully I will receive it today. So not terrible service but just lacking in communication.
