Go on this trip to Portugal!!!
Rose Amanda put together an Amazing!! Portugal trip for us! We. Chose to stay in 3 different places in Portugal. Transportation to and from everywhere was seamless. Our drivers were always early and spoke enough English so we felt comfortable .
The views and experiences were spot on! We changed the itinerary a few times before the trip and there was never an issue about it. Go on this trip!

Great experience
Me and my friend booked a tour for the first time with Tour Radar, so we didnt know what to expect. We went to Argentina and Chile (capitals and Patagonia) for 2 weeks and we had an amazing experience. I'm very grateful to all the team (Rose, Hannah, Lily, Barbara, Wendy and Sam) for all the support and attention in our travel which made our trip very pleasant and easy. Everything was perfectly organized, the punctuality of the transfers and tours; really nice hotels; the excellent communication by whatsapp, we didn't have to worry about anything. It was a perfect trip thanks to the amazing team that supported us all the time. I highly recommend Wanderful Holidays and I'm really glad for travelling with these professional company. Great communication with the Wanderful travel team throughout the trip. They promptly answered any question and addressed any concern I had while on trip via WhatsApp. The hotels were great and we enjoyed the tours. With how much we did on this trip to Italy, everything was pretty much seamless. I would book again with them.

The communications from Wanderful holidays were excellent! Very responsive and have us all the information we needed. The tours were excellent and the choice of locations for our trip was spot on. The hotel choices were very good. The locations were ideal, the breakfasts were amazing.

Excellent. The tour was very well organized. Hotels were in good locations . The pick up from airport and various ferry terminals was perfect and punctual. The tour organizer was always available on WhatsApp. It was a good mix of organized tour and free time.

I want to say thank you to Wanderful Holidays. I booked this vacation via the TourRadar site. It was an amazing vacation, everything was perfectly organized to enjoy a great tour in Italy. I was able to see Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Venice including Murano and Burano islands. All of our tour guides were great and showed us a good time and good knowledge on a lot of Italy’s history. There was a person in communication with me via Watsapp the entire time to answer question and remind me of the next day’s activity and pick ups or meeting points. I liked how they also allowed me to add extra activities after I originally booked this tour. I was very satisfied. Thanks again!

My husband and I had an amazing trip to Portugal!! The Tour company took care of every little detail so we could just relax and enjoy the trip. We met so many new friends on the different daily tours and the hotels and transportation are top notch! If we ever had a question we could just message them and they got right back to us! Wonderful 50th Birthday Experience
I chose Wanderful Holidays because of their high ratings and was not disappointed! My wife and I went on the Venice/Rome, Italy and Santorini, Greece trip, and are very happy with their thoroughness, customer service and professionalism. This was our first trip abroad together, so having someone arrange the details was an incredible stress reliever. They set up our activities and provided enough instruction, so we knew where to be and at what time for each activity. If we had any questions, someone was available 24/7 to answer them. All the tours were well done, and all the tour providers were top-notch. I’d like to specifically mention our Venice walking tour guide, Giulia, and our Santorini Classical Highlights tour guide, Savvas, and driver, Tolis. The Santorini tour was a full-day tour by bus and walking; Savvas was highly informative and entertaining… he made a full-day tour go quite fast with his humor and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The sunset catamaran cruise in Santorini was something we’ll never forget as well. All accommodations were fantastic. I should mention that two hotels were part of upgrades we paid for, and we were very happy with locations. The hotel in Venice (upgraded to on-island) was within walking distance of attractions and so many restaurants. The Goulielmos Hotel in Santorini knew it was my 50th birthday, and they put out a Happy Birthday sign on our dinner table. It was a marvelous way to celebrate with impressive water views and a gentle breeze and sunset that made outside dining spectacular. Wanderful Holidays scheduled enough activities to make the trip worthwhile, yet we still had enough time for ourselves to do our own thing without the stress of running here and there. I encourage all who see this to trust Wanderful Holidays for your vacation plans… You will not regret it.

The BEST Tour Guides
The number of excursions planned were a perfect amount and spaced out perfectly too. The excursions were of a good variety and very popular sites. Our tour guides were THE BEST! They were extremely knowledgeable, spoke good English, and went above and beyond by offering to take our pictures with our phone and diverting the tour to see something we asked about that wasn't part of the tour.

Wanderful Holidays orchestrated a perfect vacation for my adult child and me. It was a last minute decision to vacation in Portugal. We wanted to go to Lisbon, Porto and Azores. They pulled together a customized tour in a couple of weeks that included everything we dreamed of. The transfers went without a hitch. The drivers were all kind and professional. The hotels were all modern, spacious, clean and well located, especially the former castle in the Azores which was a unique and enjoyable place. All the official tours were exceptional. We experienced the foods, beverages and unique culture of each location. We felt like we got to ‘know’ the country.The company was immediately responsive to any communication that we sent to them before and during the trip regardless of the time of day.

False advertisement
First off the tour we were in, 10 cities in Spain in 10 days, was advertised as having a maximum group size of 10. Yet for 70-75% of the time there were at least 20 people in the tour. One time there were around 30. I paid almost $5200 for 2 people for this tour, specifically choosing this because of the advertised group size. I complained and requested their help many times while on the tour. Their constant reply was that the max of 10 was how many seats they were allocated. This response they parroted several times. Nothing of this allocation was mentioned in their advertising. They even tried to pass the advertised group size as a technical error. Not only that but within a few days of my complaint and demand for compensation, they changed the website description of this tour to state the maximum group size is 35. Obviously they recognized their error. They tried to offer me an option to leave the tour without giving me any details if I left. Most of their responses were simple deflection or delay tactics. I have a complete record of their responses.
There were issues relating to pickup times, grossly insufficient times to get a bit to eat between events (15 minutes one time). Their response was to nitpick over the minutiae while avoiding their false advertising. In the end, they refused any sort of refund and only compensated us by giving us a measly credit for a future tour. I wouldn’t use them if they were the last tour company in the world. Just sick and tired of their constant diversion from the real issue of the group size. I book this because we were on a tour with 25 people and found the attention was insufficient to warrant a large fee. Had Wanderful Holidays actually compensated rather than giving me a coupon, I might have reconsidered making this review.

South Africa and Victoria Falls
The team managed an extensive tour itinerary really well. They were prompt, attentive and responded to our requests at all times. We had a party of 7 and many details in the itinerary including flights, special needs like wheelchairs, safari rides, guided tours, sea cruises, etc. The team executed everything well! The local guides in particular were wonderful. For the future, I would recommend 2 improvements - 1. make the duration longer by a couple of days. The itinerary was packed with activities each day and a 1or 2-day downtime would have been good. 2. The weather in Cape Town was terrible. It rains a lot in winter and is a known issue. We should have planned ahead for it.

Absolutely Fantastic!
Our team was absolutely amazing! Any time we needed anything they were on it right away! When my husband wasn't feeling well due to the heat, one text to our team later the tour we had scheduled for later that day was rescheduled to the next day so he could rest and recover!

Trip was planned exactly as we requested. Team communicated throughout the booking and scheduling to offer us available options.
While no trip is without issues, we only experienced a couple minor hiccups which were of no fault our Wanderful and they were extremely receptive and responsive in assisting us.
