I recently left a poor review and rather than responding directly to me the company responded here making it seem they were interested in a resolution. After several months attempting to receive my order, I chose to order via a different company and forfeit the money I spent with Wanderprints which is obviously incapable of delivering anything at all or even refunding my money.
The quality of their shirts and printing is atrocious. I purchased 2 custom tees at $40 per shirt so I assumed (wrongly) they would be decent quality. At best, is the quality of iron on you can do at home. Also of note, while the company’s address appears to be in the US, this product is shipping from overseas.
Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this purchase. The product looks so much better in the pictures than it does in real life. When I got it, the quality felt really cheap and was nothing like I expected.
I contacted customer service, but they basically just told me the order was “fulfilled correctly” and couldn’t do anything else.
After this experience, I’m not surprised to see so many negative reviews. I really wish I had read them before ordering.
My advice: **read the reviews first!** I definitely won’t be ordering from Wander Prints again.
It clearly states on Google and their website that satisfaction is guaranteed and refunds within 30 days. The product they sent me (memory keepsake fleece blanket) was atrocious.
It came in basic thin plastic shipping plastic that measured 3.5in wide by 8in long. What kind of FLEECE blanket can be folded that small?
Well apparently one from this company. Their version of fleece is not fleece at all. Best I could come up with to describe their version of fleece is barely furry.
The blanket is so thin it's see through! I can get better quality thru Temu! And have!
I've tried disputing it via PayPal, in which every time they replied, they would send a bill. That was very odd considering I've already paid for it.
And every response was "as described".
Um no. No it definitely is not.
