I have just purchased my first watch from Ward Hoard, a CW Dune, and the process has been exemplary throughout.
I had another CW watch to exchange and Greg was happy to accommodate this. Communication was excellent and my watch arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I cannot recommend Ward Hoard highly enough.

I reached out to Greg at WardHoard regarding a CW Trident watch and band I was interested in purchasing.......Greg went above and beyond to make sure my watch and band were delivered to me (in the US) in a timely manner. I needed to order additional links for the band and Greg offered a discount. Super easy to work with and watch/band are beautiful! I plan to purchase many more watches from WardHoard in the future!

Despite my indecisiveness in choosing between two pieces several times (Moonglow and SuperCompressor), Greg was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions.
