Wards Leathergoods Avis 

I saw this company on Facebook. They advertised that they were going out of business. I looked on the website and loved the products. Once I got them, I was super pleased. So much so that I bought more products.

Nice products, but the worst shipping process. You can not track a deliveries on the web site. But since Wards is going out of business, they may not care,

I order 2 since there was a bogo special and was excited to
Receive them. For ordering large I can barely get a iPad in it no way a laptop will fit but it’s great quality and I’ll just use it as my everyday man bag

I definitely got more than I thought I was ordering. I bought 2 shoulder bags, They came individually wrapped in a cloth pouch before being sealed. Confection and stitching was perfect. I cannot wait to use it. For whatever reason, I want to keep them as new as possible. It is a beautiful product. Communication was constant and accurate. Thank you!

This was my first order from Wards. I was intrigued by the buy one get one free offer, along with the sizeable discount price. I was also a bit skeptical. Anyone can make up a ridiculous price and cut it by 80% and then claim, "we're closing our doors forever". My skepticism disappeared when the order arrived. These bags are beautiful.

The Rhett duffel is a little smaller than I imagined, but will be a perfect gym bag, if I ever go to the gym. The leather is top quality and smells great. Love the shoe pocket. The Sterling backpack is just right for transporting my laptop to work. Thoughtful zippered pockets are in abundance. It'll be a great travel companion too.

My only issue was order tracking, which was nonexistent. I never got a tracking number. The package just showed up on my porch about fifteen days after Wards notified me that it was shipped. To be fair, I didn't try contacting them. I'm sure they would have handled it. Overall a good experience. I'm happy with my items.

I first came across a Facebook ad for Ward's Leather goods and a special business closing sale they were having (buy 1 get 1 free). I've been scammed before buying through ads on Facebook so went to their Website instead. I read reviews where people complained about getting pleather instead of real leather but honestly if you click on "measurements and specs" for any of their products, they disclose the material type. They do sell vegan leather products and I think some people don't thoroughly read the description before buying. Anyway I ordered the Nathan Backpack and Clinton messenger bag. I was skeptical after reading some reviews and thought I may have fallen for a scam BUT to my surprise I received everything in 11 days and could not be more pleased with the amazing quality of these bags. They each came inside a white silk-like bag and then wrapped in plastic with a Thank You card. The leather and craftsmanship is top notch! These bags are easily worth north of $300 each. I've gone back to buy the Beau backpack and the Beifeld rucksack (again using the buy 1 get 1) and can't wait to receive them. I will write another review when they arrive. I highly recommend for anyone looking for heirloom quality products at an unbelievable price!

Kept informed lovely product

First time purchasing bags from Wards. Both bags arrived in excellent condition. I will be ordering from Wards again if they’re still in business. I seem to recall seeing an ad saying they are going out of business??

My friend loves her bag and it was delivered just in time for Christmas.

I never got my sling bag. I’m calling my credit card company to get my money back.. 👎 negative experience never again

As a first time customer of Wards I have had a Very Accepted customer service , as I have needed extra help in completing my order to correct an issue! Wards has walked with me every step of the way to ensure the issue was pleasing to me in the end of my exchange so far! We still have a ways to go concerning this issue, but I’m sure it will turn out with bit sides bringing satisfied! Wards is a company I would do business with again! Was a great purchase, I have enjoyed my backpack. nice quality. colors on both nice. great space in them.

I was very pleased with my first order and reordered a second item not yet received but the craftsmanship on the first order are exceptional.

The only reason for the 4 star is my order went to a different address. I was a bit panicked because there was not a photo of the delivery. Thankfully, it was a neighbor two streets away, a completely different street name.

Bag is beautiful. Looks like great craftsmanship. I have not used it, yet. I did removed the packing paper. The other bag went to a colleague as a gift.

Looking forward to using it in the very near future.

I only rate this with a 1 star because I couldn’t put a 0 or even go into the negative!
My first experience was buying a backpack and I must say that it is truly a piece of high quality work and I love it. The problem began when I decided to push my luck and get myself a leather jacket. I’ve lost over 70 pounds this year and ordered what I would normally wear which is a men’s XL. When it finally came in I was very excited (which was short lived) first the zipper was on the left not the right which (not trying to be THAT customer) but that told me this was a woman’s jacket. I could barely get it on let alone zip it up.
I immediately contacted customer service (this is a $500 jacket) which I was told that I could return it but that I had to pay for it. I returned the jacket (which the return had a specific time limit with a copy of the return receipt) In the meantime I ordered another jacket through Buffalo Trading Company, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Made in the US excellent customer service that make sure you get the right fit!
I followed up to make sure they had received their merchandise to the address they sent me only to be told that that particular address only dealt with ‘exchanges and not refunds’
I am in the process of contacting their corporate headquarters to get a refund.
Bottom line, their bags maybe good, but I would never tell anyone to deal with this company! And, if you choose to do your own thing and you use THEIR measurement sheet, save your time just order the largest they have a 4XL and pray it fits!

The bags I ordered were mistakenly delivered to a different home, and I was worried they were lost. I reached out to the customer service team and received incredibly helpful and efficient support. They quickly resolved the issue and shipped replacement bags to me right away. I can’t wait to show off my new bags! Kudos to Juvy!

The quality of the bags is excellent, with excellent leather and workmanship.
I am very happy with my purchases, especially since they were on sale.

I’ve been searching for a leather bag that easily fit my iPad in. This one more than fills the bill. I grew up with horses so a great quality leather bag fit right into my lifestyle . It has many useful compartments that are easily accessible . This will be my forever bag !

The rating would be 5 star except that the notification of shipping was grossly inefficient. The purses are excellent.
