Warm by Design Avis 

Ordered a "Vine" floor standing lamp on July 20th, 2026 for $442.50. When I would go into the order status, it kept saying "Confirmed. We're preparing these items for shipping." Well, it never shipped. I emailed their customer service 3x (support@ warmbydesign.com) and only received an automated reply. Finally reached out to my credit card company who has provided a conditional refund to my credit card while they investigate directly with the company. This company is a fraud, basically. They will take your money without shipping the product to you.

Ordered July 18th 2026, never received the product as of September 1st 2026.
Didn't respond to email.

How does this company continue to operate???

I ordered a couple table lamps and waited almost 2 months without hearing anything. I emailed customer service and never heard anything either. Shortly after I first placed my order, I had a suspicion it wasn't legit because they state that they're "made to order in LA" but then I saw the exact lamps listed on Amazon... I figured they were drop shipped from China or something. Anyways, I disputed the charge through my cc company to get a refund. Definitely a scam!

You’ll never get what you ordered and be dragged through emails for 3 months

This appears to be a FaceBook marketing front company. I placed an order but never received a receipt, even though they charged my credit card. Their customer service is only through email and they don’t honor their response times. There is no way to reach them via telephone.

Scam. This "company" never sent my product after 2 months of waiting. They took weeks to respond and have yet to send a refund.

At least they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase...

Please do not trust this company. I ordered an item that it said would take 4-5 weeks to ship- when it didn’t arrive I contacted support who sent me a strange offhand email saying it would “ realistically” take weeks longer before it would ship. I sent further emails asking for clarification and an actual timeframe and received no response. I then asked for a refund and also have not received a response even though the item cost OVER $500!! What a scam! Save your hard earned money as this is a terrible scam! I have sent several emails to this company now asking for my refund and no email response back.

WARNING - you will not get your product.

I bought a lamp on 5/24/26. As of 7/16/26 it still has not shipped and I’ve been trying for a few days to get an update with no responses.

BE CAREFUL! SEARCH BY PHOTO ON ALIEXPRESS AND YOU WILL HAVE 5x CHEAPER ! Identical things are in China for 4-5x lower amount, even similar photos are there and 1:1 the same product, and the photos are taken in AI on their website

dropshipping from china, just search they items by search by image in aliexpress and you can buy it like 4x cheaper
