I ordered the the premium dentures they don't look nothing like the advertisement look like something you buy from the 99 cent store for halloween. I payed 39.00 for those no good teeth land not got a response about my refund..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Love These Floor Lamps!

We purchased two Aven Floor Lamps in different sizes, and we absolutely LOVE them! They are beautiful, stylish, and add the perfect touch to our space. Having two different sizes gives the room a really nice, balanced look.

I initially ordered these lamps from another company, but after a month of inconsistent shipping updates and delays, I finally opened a case with PayPal to investigate and request a refund.

I immediately decided to purchase from Outlight, and I couldn't be happier that I did! Both of my orders were processed, shipped, and delivered within just a few days—definitely not even a week! 🙌🏽

The lamps arrived exactly as expected, and the entire experience with Outlight was smooth and hassle-free. After the frustrating experience with the other company, Outlight was a breath of fresh air!

I have been trying to return these lights for over a week and no one has returned my email.

Horrible company! They scammed my out of my money and sold me a broken lamp and refuse to refund my money.

I ordered the lights and needed to return them and they have ghosted me. Completely ignoring my emails. I've filed complaints with both my bank and Venmo trying to get my money back. No wonder they are going out of business. They actually deserve 0 stars.

The light is pretty cool but it came slightly torqued, and not only does that make the top at a slight angle, the slats are uneven. I sent an email to the support address listed on instructions including images even with a bubble level on top to show the issue and...CRICKETS... I have checked my hunk mail, I have looked for a note that servers bumped my message, nothing... so proceed with caution. I cannot recommend, eventhough my light did come promptly and is as expected...other than damage (and no damage to box to confirm it was a handling problem).

Really cheap stuff. I'm not buying here again.

Customer service is nonexistent. I bought a lamp with no way to assemble it as it came. My electrician looked at the wiring and said it would not be safe to wire it together. So, I have been trying to return it for 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me.

The company is an absolute scam. They sold me a broken lamp and refuse to issue me a refund. The service was horrible.

This site is a fraud. It sells flimsy products at outrageous prices, fails to ship complete orders, and refuses to make things right. Its customer service consists of automated messages from fake persons, with names like “Sebastien,” claiming to want to “make things right.” But the remedy never comes. The company appears to be a two-person operation out of a residence in La Canada, CA, despite listing business addresses in Berkeley and Sacramento. They now have set up a new company, “Warm by Design,” at this same address. A zero star rating would be too high. Avoid them at all cost!

Still waiting for something I ordered in February to arrive- it is now June 10th. You can’t even track it….

If there was a NO star then that’s what I would say. Item arrived completely destroyed. Broken, crushed, cracked and missing parts. It’s been over 2 weeks and still no creditable response from customer Support, just crickets.
No packing slip, return address or phone. Just an AI generated email.
Since the item was so badly damaged without option to repair, return or replace , we pitched it in the trash and ate our $600.00. Let’s just say….Outlight IS NOT my kinda of retailer.

I order some outdoor lamps some weeks ago and I haven’t received any email telling me where are my lamps.

I tried to contact your company three times now with no response. We received our Olin without a shade. I’ve since asked to exchange the light with another Olin. Can someone please call me to figure this out? 734-684-9988. Good Lord! Where is the customer service? I’ve looked for a phone number for your company and there is not one available. Someone please call me.

Packaging for international shipping was a big miss. My bag arrived damaged and two of the boxes (without padding) were also smashed. Contents seem to be ok, but will not be able to hook up and test for weeks due to a remodel going on. Why don’t you package fragile contents better? Simple solution. I also have reached out a couple times asking if the Aurevo lights are dimmable. No response

After 11 weeks I still don't have my complete order, no one will get back to me. My install instructions for what I did receive are in Chinese only.
It has been one of the worst purchasing experiences of my life and I'm 68 years old.

Super fast shipping. Nice product but wish it was bigger

had pieces bookmarked for months before buying. my worry was the photos looking way better than reality, and that nobody id ever heard of was charging that much for lighting. finally ordered just over a month ago. the ordering process was fine, communication was decent, nothing went wrong exactly. but i expected to feel more confident about the brand after going through it. still a bit unsure if the whole thing lives up to the positioning. not a bad experience, just not the convincing one i was hoping for.
