Placed an order only to find out:
a. They dropship cheap stuff from China
b. Their customer service is inexistent

I've emailed them 5 times about my order and have received zero response. Item still hasn't shipped. This store is an absolute scam, STAY AWAY!!!!

They were nothing what they thought they would be. And a ton of money. This is the last time I buy something off the internet.

I ordered 2 matching lights almost $800 in total. One is perfect, the second is missing a threaded connector for the posts that connect in 3 places. It was threaded incorrectly from assembly. I have emailed the @info email for 2 weeks and have no reply.

Love my little rechargeable lights. I have used them inside my luminaries which I make and they work great.
The order arrived on time and was carefully packed.

Ordered a couple weeks ago and honestly the delivery alone earned this review. Got updates at every stage without having to chase anyone. Arrived when they said it would. That's it. That's the review.

Would not reorder. No response to 3 emails regarding assembly. Useless pieces sitting in floor.

I ordered a Blane model light. It took two months to arrive with no communication or tracking. The customer service is horrible. When the light arrived it was cheaply made with flimsy materials. What a scam.

Didnt received the product for the last two months (still has not arrived) but keep getting emails on how satisfied I was with the product

My experience with Outlight has not been good. I was told my purchase would include a special gift, the gift never came. I contacted customer service several times and never heard back. The light fixtures that I purchased do not cover the standard size electrical boxes and I was disappointed that the lights can’t be dimmed.

What they don’t tell you is conventional US device boxes, octagon or square don’t work with some of the euro styles they sell. Ask your electrician first before purchasing- they won’t accept product back.

I have not received my order yet. I received an email from someone at outlight with a tracking link. When I hit on it, it did not go to tracking. I am very frustrated. If I do not receive tracking info this week. I will request my order be cancelled.

Cheap cheap cheap made product. They say they make to order ship 4 to 6 weeks then arrives from China

Outlight is an absolute scam. Their pictures do not reflect a cheap quality we paid for and received a lamp that had stains all over it and then sent them a message indicating such with all the photos they responded back with “no problem you qualify for not needing to send back the lamp for exchange.” then suing eight weeks resulted in their responses telling us that now we need to send the item back but refuse to give us return labels or even a return address. Use caution when dealing with this vendor in fact avoid them completely the quality in photos do not match what the end product that’s delivered to you look for more reputable firms. I have after 13 weeks still not received my order for two Hana outdoor lights. I did not realize it was being shipped from China.

I’m still waiting over 2 months for a delivery that was supposed to come in 4-5 weeks. Customer service is no longer responding to my emails. I’m going to end up having to dispute this.

1. Packages arrived at different times, many weeks apart. I had to contact the company to see where the 2nd package was. It seemed like they forgot.
2. No instructions.
3. Fasteners are visible. It makes the product look cheap and corny.
4. The bulb's Kelvins are cold and commercial, casting a disruptive, jarring light.
5. You cannot install all 3 bulbs. Try it and let me know the secret to how you can fit all 3 bulbs into the shade.

Worst experience buying online. I placed an order 2 months ago and still haven’t received. Customer service is also awful. They lie about everything and stole my money.
