Warmer Homes - the Perfect Service provider
Warmer Homes provided a very professional service to me and my family. Having made initial enquiries with them a survey was carried out of my home and solar panels fitted to our roof with a Fox ESS H1 generation 2 hybrid inverter in the garage (the most up to date models). They also fitted a fire detector close to the inverter in the garage and linked it to the one in my kitchen. Pierce is the team manager and such a great guy. It was clear from the outset that he has very high standards and he oversaw each stage of my install from the initial site survey to the physical installartion. He's very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. He really knows everything there is to know about solar panels, inverters, wiring and storage batteries as well as all other in home energy saving products including all types of insulation. His knowledge is absolutely extensive and only matched by his professionalism, attention to detail, and insistence to providing a perfect service to his customers. The work he and his team carried out on our home isn't just faultless; It's as perfect as it could ever be. I was expecting a great service, because from the beginning they followed a totally professional process with us from the initial assessment of our home to the next step the on site survey, then the asbestos tests and finally the installment of all the solar panels, wiring and inverter. Each stage was explained and communications from them to keep us updated as the process progressed were brilliant. We were kept informed and updated regularly. The team that came to fit the solar panels and inverter were also very professional in every way. The scaffolding went up and down in a timely manner. The attitude of the solar team was so refreshing. All of them knew exactly what they were doing and were a happy team, approachable and keen to do the best job they could. All of them were polite and happy to talk about what they were doing and explain the benefits of the various options especially relating to the wiring and position of the inverter. They involved us in any decision making so we were kept fully informed and involved. The end result is a very impressed and happy customer. They promised an excellent service and portrayed an insistence and work ethic to do the very best they could for us in every way and it is without reservation that i say they over delivered on those promises. It is very rare that a team of professionals who promise to do a good job, not only do that but excel massively in the service they provide and the end product they deliver. I have never had a team do such a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Pierce and his team to every one out there. You won't be disappointed. In fact the opposite. You will be over impressed. I also had the pleasure to meet Pierce's boss (Chris) who came round to see me after the installation was complete to make sure i was happy with the product, the team that installed it and the way the install was handled. He was keen to hear about my experience and make sure i was totally satisfied. He asked me questions about how each step of the install went and all i could keep saying was that his team did a fantastic job, at every stage and i am very, very, very happy and impressed with what they have done, I also don't want to forget Olivia who communicated with us prior to the installation, as well as during and after it was completed. From the outset she again was totally professional and knowledgeable with such nice way of dealing with us and keeping us updated. When talking to her she has such a calming confidence and well spoken manner that it puts you totally at ease that can only be born from having total and utter confidence in the team she represents. Her communications are well written, informative and she is equally as impressive as the solar team. Together they all provide an absolutely prefect service and we'd like to thank them all. They are all second to none.
