Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! I ordered a new boiler on Friday and it was installed just three days later. The installation took a little over two hours and was completed perfectly with no issues at all. Any enquiries I had before and after purchasing were answered straight away, which was really reassuring. Fast, professional, and hassle-free - I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them!

The engineer cleaned out the grit from the compress unit, something which had not been done before
He also explained the settings for manual as opposed to auto giving us better control of our heating.

Excellent communication from WarmZilla throughout the process. First class installation by Warmserve. The two installation engineers were absolutely excellent. They were courteous, friendly and helpful. Problems were dealt with constructively and in a no-fuss manner. A professional installation. Recommended.

A new boiler was installed in a rental flat yesterday. We had a problem in not being able to find the stockcock but the engineer managed to find a solution, which was excellent.

I took out boiler cover in March 2025.
The annual inspection was carried out in the summer, but when I started using the central heating in October I noticed the pressure gauge was always in the red zone.
Despite an extensive email exchange more than 35 - well attended by Amy- the comapny was unable to arrange anyone to come and see what the problem was.
As a resuult I cancelled the cover.

Was wary at first as only came across these guys online, but they and the installation team were excellent from start to finish. Knocked spots off their well-known competitor with a blue logo...

Had my first Gas saftey check in the weekend. Grace from Warmzikka came on time, and the checks went really well. In time, and no issues to report

First class service. Installation made on the date given by Warmzilla. Later on a check needed, and we received a quick help via Amy until it is fixed. I`m very happy with the service level after purchase.

Took nearly 7 weeks before I could get my boiler serviced. I had to call the plumber twice before service was completed. Two days latter it developed a leak. Now it's taken 2 days to get someone the fix it. I am still waiting.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Ordered the unit on Thursday and they arranged finance, and installed the unit the next day! The customer support agent, Amy, was super helpful. Definitely recommended!!

Warmzilla installed a new combi boiler for me, replacing an old hot water tank system in a fairly complex setup. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. Throughout the process, the Warmzilla support team were proactive, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my specific technical situation and communicated clearly at every step. Overall, a very professional experience and I would happily recommend them.

Customer rep that i chatted with was helpful in getting a competitive price and arranging a lot quick. any changes, i was informed on time and in one occasion, i was compensated for the delay. All through the team was helpful and the installer tried his best to get the boiler working. The only sad part was that the installer used my cleaning products and equipment without my knowledge and this is absolutely wrong.
