My old boiler stopped working on New Year’s Eve. I went to several suppliers initially to look for a replacement installation. Warmzilla were superb and provided the installation of a new boiler in an easy to organise and trouble free way. The engineer they sent was superb. He was hard working and fast. He did a great job and tidied up when he had finished. He also carefully explained the new system and showed me the controls. In just a day he left me with a fully operational system and a warm house. Warmzilla offered very competitive prices and a good range of boilers. Their communication throughout was excellent. I am a very happy customer.

Good service and quick. Our engineer was really good. Had to come back as system was not working for DHW, but he did and all was fixed.

I’m not normally a person that leaves reviews, but when you can score a service and product 10/10 for everything I wanted to create a review.
So it’s the 20th December and our boiler has had enough. We contacted Warmzilla and got great advice on a replacement. The quote was around 30% less than a major company. The team ordered the product and an installer for the 23rd December, which was amazing, communication from initial query to delivery was perfect including Warmzilla web portal.
On Installation day the engineer arrived at the same time as the boiler. The installer was amazing, he worked from morning to evening to replace the boiler, gas pipe and all parts including the flue. He was so polite and at the end of the installation checked everything and cleaned up as though he had never been there.
The experience from start to finish was 10/10 and I would recommend Warmzilla to everyone. I cannot find one negative comment.
I’m now taking our a service contract with Warmzilla instead on the big companies as I have so much more faith in the Warmzilla team.

The entire experience, from purchase through to installation, was seamless. The pricing and finance options were very competitive, and customer service was both friendly and efficient. The Worcester boiler we ordered has been a significant upgrade from our old Baxi. Above all, Matthew Jones, the installer, did an excellent job. He communicated clearly, was very respectful of the property, and went above and beyond to complete the work to a very high standard. I would wholeheartedly recommend Matthew and Warmzilla.

Incredibly fast installation 1 day after purchase! Good overall price for installed Worcester/Bosch gas boiler. Projected timing for installation day a little off but Engineer competent thorough and pleasant chap.

Stop your boiler search not even joking used this company after having about four people round messing me about quote this quote that Blah blah blah. Warmzilla went "We have that boiler cheaper than everybody else and we'll prize match it if you want also we can fit it within a week.
I just said take my money!
Roughly £700 saving on the Worcester Bosch 8000+ style Black fitted with Hive Mini.
Well Happy A* 10/10 !

I've been part of WarmZilla for a while. They've been super helpful with a couple of boiler issues. Their customer service team and engineers were polite, well informed, organised and communicated really well. The value (for the subscription and the call out if you need it) are super competitive and worth it, even for just the annual service and the odd boiler blip. Would happily recommend.

I need some help,
On 2nd of January I ordered a new boiler from WarmZilla .
I contacted the company on 5th (the day before the installation) ti ask if there is anything needed from my end. Before that I also had provided multiple photos if the old boiler. To my surprise they said that they will postpone the installation for 8th, and that nothing else is needed from my end.
The new date and time was 8th of January between 8am and 11am. No ine arrived so I contacted the company again, and said that they will try to make by the end of the day.
Around 16pm a technician arrived, and he obviously never saw the images because he was surprised when he saw the old boiler and that he had to remove that.
After his inspection he said he can’t do the installation because the cupboard is blocking the process, and also that the pipes will need work and he doesn’t have time to do that. After that he left.
I contacted WarmZilla support, and they just said that they can’t help me until the cupboard is removed, which they knew is there from the very beginning. At the moment they refuse to refund or finish the service.
Any advice what to do?

Easy to book and communication was good considering it was over Christmas. The engineer was brilliant - very polite and he did a great job.

Lee was amazing. He was extremely friendly and professions. The install is very neat and tidy and the house was spotless after he finished. Would highly recommend

Having no central heating or hot water with a newborn was rather distressing. I was lucky enough to communicate with Amy on the online chat bot. Although the chat bot added to my stress of trying to source a boiler as quickly as possible Amy made the experience very easy, she was extremely friendly, approachable and very knowledgable. I was able to order a boiler at around 1330 and no more than 24 hours later our boiler has been installed. Thanks again to Amy for her help, she deserves some recognition.
