Almost perfect experience, until the final issue
I was a customer of this hosting provider for about a year. Overall, the experience was very positive: fast and stable service, and truly excellent technical support — always friendly and available. There were some ups and downs over the months, but nothing major… until the unexpected happened.
Out of the blue, all my websites disappeared. Unfortunately, I lost about three months of work and data, which caused me serious problems. Despite the provider’s best efforts — and I want to emphasize that he's a genuinely kind and helpful person — the data from the past three months couldn’t be recovered.
I don’t want to think the worst, but I can’t deny I had a few doubts about the way backups and security were handled. In the end, I had no choice but to move everything to another provider, which I did with great regret.
The service, when it worked, was excellent. But in the hosting world, reliability is everything. And sadly, it failed me when I needed it most.
If one day the service becomes 100% reliable and secure, I would definitely consider being a customer again.

I haven't a reason for renewing my hosting and domain, but if I had, I'd do it. This is the best hosting service I have ever purchased. I got a .com domain + one year of hosting for just $19.
