Waspslingshots Avis 

Ordered a slingshot which arrived safely and was as described, so I have no complaint about the product itself.

However, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding delivery charges. I paid £4.95 for “Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed” delivery, but the parcel I received showed actual Royal Mail postage of £2.85. When I queried the £2.10 difference, I was informed afterwards that it also covered packaging and handling costs.

I appreciate businesses may include fulfilment costs within delivery charges, but I could not find this explained anywhere on the website before purchase. Had this been stated clearly upfront, it would have avoided the issue entirely.

What frustrated me most was not the amount itself, but the handling of the enquiry. After raising the matter politely and reasonably, my follow-up message was ignored completely. Better communication and clearer pricing transparency would have left a much more positive impression.

Used wasp slingshot 4 times now went for the 3 to 5 day 2nd class postage and every time my orders have arrived on the 3rd day excellent service and slingshots/bands can’t fault them

I've bought 4 slingshots and a lot of latex and targets always been a joy to buy stuff from wasp and if you spend a decent about they will throw in a few extra little bits then only thing I wish they would sell is ammo then it'd really be a one stop shop for everything you'd ever want or need to shoot a slingshot

Very suspicious on their postal service. I orderd a slingshot and paid first-class delivery, after the two days went I contacted royal mail to ask where my package was and was told it had been posted second class. I got a refund back for the delivery as wasp blamed it on their post office making the mistake. Now it seems a bit suspicious to me that on wasp slingshot Web site it says royal mail first-class delivery is a 2-3day service when infact 2-3day service is second class and first-class is a 1-2 day service. So obviously I'm thinking they are charging for a first-class service but sending out a second class service. After many emails back and forth with them they have not eased my suspension in any way and asking them if they will change what their delivery times to the true times. Unanswered

This place is a excellent catapult shop, professional or not they have something for everyone ive brought several things from them and never had a problem they have great customer service aswell it is such a pleasure to buy from them, keep up the good work guys 👍

Highly overrated slingshots. Reasonably disappointing. For the pricing wasp hdpe slingshots are really not worth it. My first purchase from them was a standard uniphoxx starter kit and it was very disappointed to find no band clamps like shown in almost every wasp slingshots image.
I had to spend £8.40 extra for a small Allen key and 2 band clamps almost £10 for 2 plastic clamps... That's almost £35 for a plastic slingshot and clamps.. Wish I ordered one from John the Gatekeeper instead! -____-

Wasp slingshots are awesome

I have had a wasp uniphoxx for a while now and they are an amazing and are very good quality and are extremely accurate

They are ideal for anyone starting out shooting and are still amazing for someone who has been shooting for years

Amazing quality for the price and are must have item
