Im still waiting for my order to arrive.

The product was delivered in a timely manner, however the product is defective and I’ve been trying to get someone to reply to my chat or email since I received the product and I have not heard from anyone yet. I need to return for a refund. I wanted to exchange but at this point I prefer full refund since no customer service.

The purchase was easy the shipping was exceedingly and I mean exceptionally fast loved the watch if there were a problem that I may say it would be that the battery was low $50 replacement overall pleasant enough experience

The watch color was different from the website. The face was stripped brown/gold. It looked solid brown on the website.

I bought a watch . Put on and realized the face had a very small crack. I reached out to company same day as delivery and filled out request watch had damage . I returned watch and they they initially watch had no damage and would only refund me 70 percent . After further disputes they then said it had a small crack. And still will only refund 70 percent. Then they said package didn't have links . They are just trying to give me a hard time . So I would highly recommend you don't purchase from them

I was concerned at one point about the arrival of my merchandise

I was initially satisfied but now disappointed at the customer service. The watch strap has started delaminating, after my husband only wearing it for 6 months and taking very good care of it. Apparently that's not covered under the warranty, which I think it should be, the warranty doesn't say anything about excluding the strap. And the battery is already dead, which I don't expect after 6 months of use, again that's not covered (which I understand as a normal consumable, but the first battery should last more than 6 months after you purchase it). Very disappointing for an expensive watch.
