HORRIBLE the most outrageous
We received the most outrageous, ugly, useless, welded an inexplicable piece we did not order and definitely cannot use.
We are having to spend over $200. to have it removed and weld on a typical connection. Welding Stainless steel is expensive. HORRIBLE, EXPENSIVE MISTAKE. I wish I could send you a picture of what we received! 45 years in the custom Fireplace Business, and I have never seen such an albatross for a simple SS burner!!!!

After reviewing your message, it’s clear that this issue originates from a manufacturer-side production/welding configuration, not from an installation or usage error. We are currently in direct communication with the manufacturer to identify exactly how this unit left production in this condition and to determine the appropriate corrective action.
We take this matter seriously and are actively working toward a resolution. Once we receive the manufacturer’s response, we will follow up with next steps to ensure this is addressed properly.

Great customer service. Ordered a part for my Onan generator that was supposed to be able to allow some external connections. In the end, it wasn't the part i needed, Guney was super responsive on all communication, as well as dealing with Cummins technical support to try and figure out the issue! I feel he went above and beyond the typical Customer service you see nowadays! I would recommend Build the power!!

I tried to buy an item. Checkout process went smoothly and I had an order confirmation. A week later I was told that the item is out of stock and the company is awaiting new stock. My order was cancelled by the company. When the item was in stock I was offered a coupon to reorder but the item had jumped in price. I was
informed that the price from my initial order would not be honored. While I may have received the item had I tried putting in a new order, it would have cost me more than my initial order. I ended up never receiving the item from this company. I gave a couple stars for communication and the coupon. Honoring the original order’s price and receiving the item would warrant 5 stars.

Although my EcoFlow River 3 hasn’t arrived yet, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I’ve received so far and why i’m even leaving this review. When I asked about shipping, I got a quick, clear, and supportive response. They even offered to speed up my order so it would arrive sooner… That kind of effort and communication really stands out to me and does not go unnoticed. I’ve had extremely bad experiences with customer service so I truly, truly, appreciate it. You guys truly stood out to me in the best way.
