Although my EcoFlow River 3 hasn’t arrived yet, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I’ve received so far and why i’m even leaving this review. When I asked about shipping, I got a quick, clear, and supportive response. They even offered to speed up my order so it would arrive sooner… That kind of effort and communication really stands out to me and does not go unnoticed. I’ve had extremely bad experiences with customer service so I truly, truly, appreciate it. You guys truly stood out to me in the best way. You’ve earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll definitely be supporting this company again in the future. I’m happy to keep doing business and will gladly recommend this company to others. Everything arrived packaged…
Everything arrived packaged professionally and had good instructions to follow. The Battery was defective and I had expert help in diagnosing the problem and then they were fast in getting the warranty process completed and shipped me a new one right away. They kept me informed all the way and was very patient with me as I'm not a professional electrician.

Cummins Onan P4500i Generator Repair
The customer service at Build The Power (BTP) is exceptional. I was having trouble with my ONAN P4500i. It would not ramp up under load. BTP took the time to connect me with the right technician at Cummins and they were able to help me fix my generator. Other companies that I contacted would tell me to throw it away and buy a new one. BTP supported me.

Great service. Fast delivery. I had questions and they were very quickly answered. I made an error on my delivery address. When I emailed the correction, he immediately changed it and communicated it to the third party shipper. Equipment works and arrived in great shape. Well packaged.

Highly recommend doing business with them.
Buildthepower sent out my adapter right away and for a great price. However, it didn’t fit my solar panel, so I checked in about a return. The offered a refund that came through immediately.
Would highly recommend doing business with them.
