I recently ordered a power generator from Buildthepower. Their service was impeccable, they went far and beyond to have my generator delivered to Puerto Rico which many companies do not deliver to. All arrived on time and always had consistent follow up. Will definitely use them in the future.

I needed a power pack for an upcoming ebike trip a little more than a week away and I didn’t have a lot of optimism Id be able to get it on time. Where the manufacturer took over a day to get back to me, Guney responded right away and was great about keeping me posted when I could expect the unit to arrive. Great service. So nice to talk to a real human and have single point of contact.

We were looking for solar batteries like we had. We came across build the power website which showed they had our batteries, every place else was either out of stock or they had been discontinued. At first we were skeptical seeing that we have never dealt with a small business. We paid and placed our order. Next morning we received an email from Gunney any realize that he was the CEO, said they had made a mistake and no longer offered that battery. Offered us a much better deal and was in constant contact with us until we received the order. I can honestly attest that it was an exceptional experience. Build a power is great company with fast service, honest guy. He not only answered our questions and concerns but walked us thru the order process. Based on the level of service received from this company we rate it a five plus and recommend it to others. Guney is an awesome responsible guy and runs a great small business.

The attention to customer service from the CEO of the company Guney Can Mulazimoglu. I was looking for a generator that could power whole house due to power outage, I went on the build the power website put the generator in the cart and logged out, I get an email form Guney I'm this is a robot, and I did not trust it. After a couple of email exchanges, I realized this is just good old fashion CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Based on the level of service received from this company I can rate them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone.
