Jeff and Mark are very communicative. I'm impressed with the watch repair pack they provide to mail your watch back to them. I truly felt my watch was safe and secure. The turnaround time was quick. They received my watch on May 23, 2022 and it was back on my wrist on June 13, 2022. Now that's pretty darn great!
When I got my watch back it was a minute or so behind. I reset it and it was still slow. However, the second time I reset the watch it has been keeping time perfectly. I'm hoping that will be the case until it's time for another service. Fingers crossed that won't be for another 5 years.

WatchRepair. net provided outstanding service for my Omega watch I have had since the late 1950s. The watch was in serious need of an extensive overhaul, which was done perfectly. Also, they were careful to provide security in the mailing and handling of my vintage watch.

First, I cannot thank Jeff And Marc for the amazing work they did for me. This Omega watch belonged to my father as it was given to him in 1978 by the company he worked for 30 years of service. Dad gave this watch to me prior to his death in 2007, it did not work (he rarely wore it), he told me to get it repaired and wear it! Local jewelers here would not work on it.
