Very quick postage and awesome product I've been using this filter system for years, no problems and great tasting water.

In searching for servicing of water filters I happened upon Sentry Water filters website in Maroochydore. we have lived 'round here' for more than 30 years and i was totally unaware them.
The intention to empower their customers to perform servicing is very generous and I am very appreciative of the opportunity to be able too.
Water filters have up till now been 'secret mens business' and a bit overwhelming to be honest.
I contacted by email and received a reply which initiated further dialogue by email. Marlon was very kind and understanding, as well as patient and very helpful too.
Ultimately, i mastered the removal of our existing system and presented it for assessment and service if appropriate. Something i hadn't been confident to do previously.
The assessment confirmed that age and cost conspired to make replacement the more economical option.
Marlon is an excellent Human Being ! as indeed is Liz too.
A replacement system equivalent to our original system was supplied ... and I installed it !!!
Marlon made me a water filter 'whisperer' which is much more significant than might be obvious.
I am so appreciative of their advice and assistance and really couldn't overstate my appreciation, nor could i overstate the excellent product and service that I received from the company.
My highest recommendations for the company and the people who make it happen too. !

Price point after heaps of internet searching and few mentions in marine aquarium forums made me pick this one. Reached out as I couldn't find my models instruction manual on website. Marlon? Emailed back straight away and assured me instruction booklet sent with all units and also attached an electronic copy so I could read up before it arrived. Told me to reach out with any questions or problems. Cannot fault customer service.
Unit arrived quickly and did my first batch of Rodi water for my aquariums today! No problems and no more driving to aquarium place to purchase water.
