After my order and payment, I was immediately contacted and advised that there would be a delay as the manufacturer was on holidays. Although this was not really ideal, everyone is entitled to have holidays. I accepted their apology and am looking forward to receiving my bed soon. I was also able to confirm my order over the phone with a quick chat knowing I am getting what I wanted. I don't expect any problems with the delivery or the quality of the product.

I purchased a Queen size liner and timber framed Queen size Bladder
I purchased a Queen size liner and Bladder, online on the Monday, it arrived on the Friday morning it was all together, and packaged neatly and safely, I rang Mr Waterbed on the Saturday afternoon for some advice, even though Ben was not working, he still happily answered all my questions!! Very very happy with this company! Need a new Waterbed or some spares with Mr Waterbed you will not be disappointed
