I had to cancel on the day because I felt very unwell. The staff were kind and simply re-booked.
Turns out I had Covid and it would’ve been awful if I’d infected everyone.

Wonderful experience with Dr Awf Quaba
The hospital was easy to find with Google maps. The facilities were clean and welcoming.
I had a double consultation with Dr Awf Quaba. He came out and greeted me himself, he made me feel very at ease. He took the time to explain his views and medical background..he took time to listen and respond to my questions and managed my expectations. He showed me pictures, without being asked of surgeries with 'before' similar to mine and explained various techniques, outcomes and options.
He explained his experience and answered mostly all of my (many) prepared questions in his explanations before I even had to ask.
A wonderful experience with a clearly skilled and wonderful Dr.

We sincerely apologise that you weren't directed to our platform lift during your visit - this was an oversight on our part and we take full responsibility.
We do have a large glass platform lift on the ground floor that provides access between reception areas. It's located to the right of the downstairs seating area, just before the spiral staircase. We're sorry this wasn't pointed out to you and we'll ensure our team are more proactive in highlighting this facility to all patients.
We hope you'll be able to make use of the lift on any future visits, and thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can improve our service.

The consultant was very calm and…
The consultant was very calm and thorough.The only thing that could have been improved was communication that as well as seeing patients the consultant was also carring out treatment so we might have to wait a bit longer to see him.If we had known that when we arrived we would not have asked reception why the appointment was 15mins + late.

Life Changing Breast Reduction
Fantastic Breast reduction which means I no longer have to wear a bra! I have a bad back and the large reduction of my breast as requested means that my posture immediately changed which means I no longer lock my knees out for stability . The ability to not wear a bra has been life changing AND Omar and the team were wonderful . Greta job highly recommend . One very satisfied customer

Amazing !
Dr Omar Quaba was amazing. I went for my first appointment and he was very kind and understanding. He explained everything very well and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. I was very worried about coming for a procedure but now I am happier and feel great about my choice. Waterfront is a beautiful modern exceptionally clean building. The waiting area is comfortable with tea and coffee available. I must add The toilet is exceptionally clean with no touch flushing and taps a big 5 star in my book! The staff are friendly and welcoming. Nursing staff are professional, caring and friendly. Omar Quaba is an amazing surgeon having worked with him professionally and now as a patient I would not go to anyone else. He really cares about his patients and want nothing but the best for them. He goes out of his way to provide a positive experience from initial consultation right through to post operative follow ups.

Excellent hospital
Excellent hospital, very clean and welcoming. Only thing is I haven’t been sent the emails I got told I would but it’s only been a couple of days since my appointment, although i was hoping it would be a bit more on the ball. The coffee you get when in the waiting area is excellent and generally a very nice place to visit.

Regarding your consultation summary and correspondence, I wanted to clarify our usual timeline. Our consultants manage a considerable workload, and following each consultation they need time to dictate detailed summaries along with surgical quotes and aftercare information. These are then typed and prepared by our secretarial team. We typically advise patients that this process takes 7-10 days, though we do aim to have everything sent via secure email by the week following your consultation.
Your correspondence should be with you shortly. If you haven't received it within the expected timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact our office.

Mr Quaba, is a wonderful, genuinely caring, down to earth and superb surgeon. My experience has been flawless. Alot of work required on my nose to repair an unfortunately "botched" job many years ago so basically Mr Quaba and the team had to rebuild most of my nose. My surgery day was totally flawless and seamless with military timing. Every member of staff were fantastic, made me feel completely at ease, relaxed and top priority. Beautiful Hospital (more like a 5 star hotel really) Private room, exceptional customer service. Recovery has also been as smooth as it possibly could be. I could go on, but basically Mr Quaba is a genius, I'm delighted with my nose now and so happy I chose Mr Quaba and the team to help me. I'm incredibly privileged and grateful to have found such a brilliant surgeon, and it warms my heart to know how Mr Quabas amazing skill and talent has given me back so much of my confidence and so much to so many others. Truly blessed, thank you so much Mr Quaba and the team.

Waterfront Hospital -Excellent.
I was a little bit anxious about getting a lession removed from my face, but I really needn’t have been. Dr Nassar was excellent. The communication prior to my visit was impressive, particularly how quickly Dr Nassar got back to me, answering any questions. The procedure was painless, and I couldnt believe how relaxed I felt throughout. Many thanks to Dr Nassar and the excellent staff at Waterfront hospital.

First Time Under General Anaesthetic - An Amazing Experience
I was super anxious as this was my first time under general anaesthetic, but the team at Waterfront Private Hospital were amazing from start to finish. Dr. Will Anderson explained everything clearly and put me at ease from the consultation onwards. On the day, Damien greeted me by name (he’s definitely my “fairy godmother” of the day!) and made me feel welcome straight away. Joanna, my anaesthetist, and Piel in surgery were so friendly and reassuring, which kept me calm. When I woke up, Isabella was by my side making sure I was comfortable and cared for. Everyone went above and beyond, despite my anxiety, I felt completely supported. Highly recommend.

Breast implant removal, re-shape and uplift
I had breast implants by Mr Quaba in 2009 to address premature sagging in my early 30s. The results were truly life changing and I recall going for my first bra fitting after the surgery and the underwear fitter in Jenner’s guessing who my surgeon was given the perfection of the work. 15 years later, weight gain through the menopause resulted in my breasts becoming larger and starting to sag quite significantly. Despite the great reputation of Mr Quaba and my previous experience of his expertise for some reason I was terrified to have an operation and was particularly worried about how the scarring would look. Capsular contracture forced the issue in the end and after discussions with Mr Quaba I decided on implant removal, via enbloc, re-shaping of the breasts and uplift. The operation was in February and six months on I am both amazed and delighted at the results that Mr Quaba has once again delivered. My breasts look amazing, the scarring is fading very well and everyone keeps asking how I’ve lost so much weight due to the improved silhouette I now have. As in 2009, my path crossed with Mr Quaba at one of life’s challenging points. I will be forever grateful that the same kindness, honesty and great skill I experienced back then are still in evidence 16 years later. My confidence and interest in life have all been transformed once again and I will never be able to thank Mr Quaba enough. A special mention too to all the nursing staff and receptionists at Waterfront who went above and beyond to provide the most first class patient experience. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Great experience with my procedure
Dr. Nassar was very friendly, and clearly explained the procedure to me so I felt informed and comfortable going in. Everything went smoothly, I had no problems, and I am healing well. I would highly recommend this hospital.
The girls at the receptions desks were also very lovely, as was the nurse who assisted during my procedure!
