Ordered on 28th November and it’s been nearly 20 days still no update on delivery, took 3 days to respond to an email just saying we have no updates on your order.

Placed order a week ago ,at first told next day delivery or if not the next day but didn't happen ,rang support and message left on machine said that customer care closed due to illness, I emailed yesterday and am waiting for reply.

Good company and own brand gear is very good quality.

I would love to be able to give more stars as the products are great but the delivery times are awful ordered on the 2/12 and have received no update delivery or expected date. Maybe this week

Videos on website for swim bags were really good, gave realistic view of what bags could hold nad different compartments. Website was easy to navigate. Delivery as expected, quick and contained everything.

I ordered the prescription googles. They are brilliant. I have purchased numerous in the past and not as effective as your product. My other items I have not used yet. I will review when I use. Will continue to use and send review.
