I will be lodging a compliant with the Consumer Rights Commission (CCPC) about this company. I ordered a snorkel two and a half months ago, they sent the wrong item, not even the wrong snorkel, the completely wrong item, I sent it back and and now have been waiting 6 weeks and no delivery. This company is terrible with terrible customer service and I will be reporting them.

I am trying to buy a tech suit to replace the defective one I bought…
I am trying to return a tech suit that has defective seams and buy another as the company will not refund. Trying to organise this is a nightmare - I am redirected to sites that are not in English not do their links even open. I have to pay more money to get a suit that they have in stock and even this seems beyond their customer care service. No doubt wonderful if item is in ok condition but any issue and they deflect and avoid responsibility. The phone line doesn’t work!!!! Buyer beware!
IE1020376 is the order number…. Still not satisfactory that this “customer service episode” continues to play out on Trust pilot… this is not my style!

Very disappointed with this website. It looks like it is an Irish based website, but it’s not.
I ordered tech jammers which were almost €300 for an upcoming competition and the tracking hasn’t moved since the order. Contacted the company who advise I have to wait 30 days before they do anything. The competition will be over then!
Their website states “4. If it appears that your package is stuck and has been for more than 2 business days, contact us. Let us know if there were any address errors or if everything looks as it should. Our fantastic support team will assist you within a few hours, at the latest within 24 hours. If the package is lost, we will promptly send you a new one.” This is not the case!
They also send numerous spam emails. Avoid this company.
To respond to the reply:
If it causes confusion, make it clearer for customers. I have engaged directly via email with no satisfactory response. My item still appears as “Your shipment will soon be dispatched from Watery ApS” on tracking which tells me it never left the warehouse!

We completely understand how stressful this must be — especially with tech jammers at that price point and a competition coming up. When something is time-critical, waiting isn’t a realistic option.
You’re right that our site states we investigate packages that appear stuck. What sometimes causes confusion is that once a formal trace is opened with the carrier, there are specific timelines we must follow before they officially confirm a parcel as lost. That said, we understand that quoting policy timelines does not help when you have a competition date approaching.

Mystery box = Clearance of stock without reasoning.
I was very happy with the H2OAudio headphones I purchased from Watery, and the discounted random product I received was also useful.
However, I strongly recommend avoiding the Mystery Box.
In my case, I received a pair of children’s water shoes in size EU 27. My order consisted entirely of adult swimming equipment, including premium swimming headphones, so the item was completely unusable for me.
When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I could exercise my right of withdrawal (only after bringing it up myself), but only by paying the return shipping costs myself. This means that to recover the €7 paid for the Mystery Box, I would have to spend additional money returning an item that has no practical use to me.
The result is a disappointing customer experience: an unwanted item, unnecessary transport, additional costs, wasted packaging and time, all for a product that is likely to end up being discarded rather than used.
If you are considering adding the Mystery Box to your order, my advice is simple: don’t. Unless you are genuinely happy to receive absolutely anything from their clearance stock, regardless of size, age group or usefulness, it is not worth the risk.

Just to clarify one important point: it is clearly stated on our website that a Mystery Box cannot be returned. This is shown before purchase and is part of the product description. The concept is that the item is heavily discounted and random, and therefore excluded from return.
We completely understand that receiving an item you cannot use is disappointing. The Mystery Box is only intended for customers who are comfortable with receiving any product from our clearance stock, regardless of size, category or usefulness.

Wetsuit arrived but had multiple tears in it & my son was doing an iron man abroad so no time to change it . Their service after was very bad didn't contact me when I asked, still waiting .had to go thru their website to complain & kept kicking me out as well.

We’re truly sorry to read this. Receiving a wetsuit with multiple tears is absolutely not acceptable — especially when your son was preparing for an Ironman abroad and there was no time to replace it. That must have been incredibly stressful.
On top of that, not getting proper follow-up after you reached out makes the situation even worse. You should never feel like you have to chase us or struggle with the website just to raise a complaint.
