3- 5 Day Delivery Misleading - Expect nearer 2 weeks.
This marketing of delivery dates is very misleading and I have reported this to Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Ireland. I also paid an extra 3 euro this time for priority packaging which has made no difference what so ever.

Our advertised delivery estimates are based on normal carrier performance, but that doesn’t change the fact that your experience fell short of expectations. Priority packaging affects how quickly orders are handled in our warehouse, but once the parcel leaves us, delivery speed depends on the carrier. That said, the overall experience is still our responsibility.
Please send us your order number so we can review exactly what happened with your shipment and packaging upgrade. We want to look at the full timeline and ensure we give you a clear explanation.

The website is easy enough to use
The website is easy enough to use. However I was looking for swimming socks in the search button but want coming up until I called customer service. I hope next time it will be. Smooth shop without calling the customer service services
I also noticed that the sizes especially for the children swimming band are not shown properly. When I rung I was advised to get the children sizes but it came as a small size and my son is a medium. That was disappointing..
Overall quick delivery .. good customer care and smooth transaction

My order went missing and I had to wait a…
My order went missing I had to wait a month until my order investigation had concluded it was missing. I asked for the order to be refunded and Watery could get on with finding it on their own and I could no longer be inconvenienced by a daft policy. This company is not based in Ireland. Even though I had told them not to send it out and just refund me immediately, they didn't read my email and they then proceeded to sent me the item, which I promptly sent back. Yep probably have to wait another month for the refund at this rate.If you want something local and fast delivery don't bother.

Waiting a full month for an investigation to conclude is already inconvenient. If you had clearly requested a refund and asked us not to resend the item, then receiving it anyway would understandably make the situation feel even more frustrating. That should have been handled more carefully.
When a parcel is officially declared missing, we are unfortunately required to follow the carrier’s investigation process before closing the case. However, that should never feel like you’re being ignored or that your request isn’t being read properly.
Since you have now returned the item, the refund should be processed once the return is registered in our system. If you share your order number, we can check the exact status of the return and provide a clear timeline so you’re not left guessing.
We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding speed and communication.

Delivery was slower than expected - parcel was grouped at multiple places. The site with the additional offerings was looking fake - I almost stopped in the cart and was hesitating to place my payment.
