Nowadays, it's very easy to be scammed, as they are very clever and convincing. I decided early in the conversation, that Dominic was genuine, and thanked him for that. I dealt with a very polite and helpful young chap, Ethan Leech, who gave me some sound information enabling me to bring my bill down. I asked him if he could find a cheaper option and he did. He explained what my options were and helped me change my supplier, even down to signing the document by email. An A+ experience, thank you Ethan.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Watt Utilities has been extremely frustrating.
Since January, I have received repeated unsolicited calls from this company, often two or three times per day. On numerous occasions I have clearly requested that my telephone number be removed from their system and that I no longer be contacted. Despite these requests, the calls have continued, frequently from different telephone numbers.
What I find most disappointing is not the initial contact, but the apparent failure to respect repeated requests to stop calling. After several months of persistent contact, I felt I had no option but to put my concerns in writing and consider making formal complaints.
Businesses have every right to market their services, but customers and prospective customers also have the right to have their wishes respected when they ask not to be contacted. In my experience, that has not happened here.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with this company.

The information supplied was good. The only slight downside was they were slightly pushy but I have not down marked as at times we need to push to get things done.

Spoke to a lady called Amanda her customer service was second to none, she help me sort out a ongoing issue I had with British Gas Lite so I'm one very happy customer. Would highly recommend watt Utilities to anyone. Big Thankyou
