Liverpool was very friendly and helpful. Gary explained everything, was very helpful over the phone sorted all the paperwork so I was able to purchase from miles away. My purchase was made accessable by Gary, he sent a video of the car I choice direct to me. Gary got the finance in place for me and got me back driving within the hour of my arrival into Liverpool to collect my new car which came with a long warranty. I would definitely recommend. Thank you to everyone at Wavertree Car Center.

Made a call to check the car was available. Arrived at the showroom to find the car waiting and ready to test drive. Was handed the keys and told drive the car and take my time.. no hard sell. Found Steve the manager great to deal with all in all a hassle free easy experience. And the cars great.

Great experience, no pushy salespeople. Lets you browse but there, to answer any questions. Chris told me to have a test drive and said I would like it and buy it, which I did. Told me to bring it back for a valet as I wanted to take it there and then.
Felt looked after even after the sale.

Simple and stress free
The whole experience has been a real pleasure. I’d been struggling finding a car I liked for over 4 weeks. I viewed some at different dealerships, encountered many people pushing the hard sell. Trying to pressure me into buying there and then, and using usual tactics to pressure me into buying. I was actually getting to the point where I’d lost interest. Anyway I saw an advert on autotrader. I liked the look of the vehicle and so sent a message to the dealership. They called me back first thing the next morning. I arranged for a test drive later that day. They let me view the car and take it out. There was no pressure, no hard sell, no feeling uncomfortable.
Steve asked if I liked the car, I said yes, and we looked at getting the best deal possible for me. Steve was amazing and made this whole process simple and stress free.
The car is having a fresh MOT, service and being taxed, and I’m collecting in 2 days. I’m a happy customer. I would definitely return here when I next need a car.
It was extremely busy whilst I was there, which I guess that would only happen if they are a decent business, and look after their customers. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Wastage of time never bother to give refund which i put car reservations. Had to get in touch with bank to get it back. And wasted 2 hour journey as 37k car with scretches and side mirror broken. I dont recommended.

I must say, I was very impressed. I hate buying cars, my trust levels are generally low, but Wavertree did everything I would hoped for and expected.

Steve was really helpful. He explained the process and was efficient with the purchase of my new car. It was straight forward with no problems.

Would I recommend this garage.. absolutely not.very poor customer services.
I bought a car back in September which had one or two issues..nothing serious luckily but it was worrying that the car passed it's mot by them with warped brakes!!
The communication and customer services is disgraceful in the end. You always have to follow up enquiries, listen to their pathetic excuses. I'm out of pocket because of the sales man's incompetence.

Apparently they have no manager so you have to go through the sales man.. 😂 the whole thing has been a bit of a joke really.

Unfortunately to them, I am now starting a formal complaints procedure after failure to reimburse me for my losses even though I've been chasing for this payment for over a month!

I have always given them the benefit of the doubt and have been very patient with the salesman, but they are obviously fobbing people off.

Maybe If I would have dealt with another salesman, the customer service would have been better maybe.

Very friendly easy going staff. No sales pressure. Salesman taxed the car for me and took care of the paperwork.Excellent purchase very happy.

After picking the car up we noticed an irritating noise when going over bumps, they booked the car straight back in and identified the issue and sorted it for us.

Do not buy from here honestly sold me car with a blown head gasket did not help one 1 bit please don’t get 1 from here they buy damaged cars

After leaving my initial review, I’ve had further issues with the car and Chris has been fantastic in helping to get them resolved. I now feel more confident that some of the issues will be rectified so thank you.
