Item was out of stock, emailed in the evening and got a response from Antria first thing in the morning. She was lovely and resolved the situation , providing a better product for the same price but in stock for his size, so as not to disappoint my son at Christmas.

Totally Unacceptable Customer Service
I ordered a paddle board on 11th December and received confirmation of the order which also states DPD next day delivery. On the 18th December I contacted them only to be told the board is out of stock. I wonder when they were ever going to tell me! I asked when the board was going to be back in stock and was told they expect it to be in stock in March at some point but that it would be an upgraded model. I asked if we were to wait until March would they be sending it to me at the same price as that I have already paid. No response - no surprise. I have asked for a full refund but have not had confirmation that it has been activated so I have involved Paypal. I am very cross because this was a christmas present for me son and if they had told me earlier I could have purchased a different board from elsewhere in time for Christmas and also I would have received the refund in time to be able to afford to buy another board.

I would recommend this company.
I had a small problem with them because my order was out of stock in the colour I ordered and I was not informed and the order didn’t arrive.
However when I queried why the order hadn’t arrived, I had excellent service from Sophie (SS) and an alternative colour is on the way to me.

These are the best changing robes…
These are the best changing robes around,I already have two for dog walking and waiting to buy a 3rd for best 🥰 i can be out in the rain all day and always dry underneath 😊
I’ve been waiting for a size small to come back in stock and Sophie at customer services has been so good with keeping me posted and replies to emails promptly.
Highly recommend these changing robes,wouldn’t even try another brand now 🥰

Good price but limited response
Really good price, one downside the order I received was incorrect and I contacted them. There was no response which made me contact them again. I received the rest of the order 2 days later but it would have been helpful to receive acknowledgement of the first email to save re attempting contact.
In terms of the item, I cannot fault it, brilliant first paddle board for my daughter and a really decent deal and kit.

Great customer service
I bought a WAVE paddleboard a few years ago and it has got so much use! I unfortunately lost my fin on the last paddle of the season. I contacted WAVE as couldn’t see they sold the fin and was told it was now discontinued. Antria was so helpful and kindly agreed to hunt for one. One has been popped in the post. Although the did not update my delivery address after me contacting them and they agreeing that could and would.
However the prices are fair and fast delivery.
