Brilliant board and great customer service
I bought a Wave Tourer paddleboard around two years ago and it has been fantastic. It is sturdy, stable, and still going strong after plenty of use.
The website looks great and really easy to use, and whenever I have had questions the customer service team have been quick to respond. I spoke with Esther, who was especially helpful and friendly. It is reassuring to know they stand behind their products.
I will definitely be buying more from Wave in the future. Highly recommend them.

Things don't always go perfectly which is why customer service is so important.
Sophie and the customer service team have been helpful, quick to respond and focused on a positive resolution.
As for the products, the board is amazing to ride but the paddle, pump and bag haven't been great. I'm looking forward to getting the carbon pro paddle and I'll buy a different pump. Perhap Wave could do more to upsell the bundles.

Loved the cruise 11.6 ft board, very glad I took the advice from a friend about board quality. Being 18 stone the board handles my weight very well, even managed to have my daughter on at same time (8 stone)

Excellent boards
Excellent boards. We now have three of them in the family - brilliant value, good stable and hardy boards that have given us hours of entertainment as both a children’s “make shift” diving board and as paddle boards. Customer service has remained excellent throughout the years - responsive in their delivery and when addressing customer queries. I would have no hesitation in using wave (we are colour matching the set of boards now ;0).

I've purchased two and already planning to buy more
I've purchased two SUPs from Wave and absolutely love them both. The buying experience was great on both occasions and I was mega impressed with the delivery time.
The Paddles themselves are gorgeous and easy to care for.
We often use them at the beach and they are easy to carry due to the carry straps. Also inflating them and deflating them is now just part of our beach trip. Not a hassle at all.
They look absolutely stunning on the water.
I do ensure that I look after them as described in the care instructions which were clear and helpful.

Incredible company with love for their customers.
The customer service is fantastic and the products are of a really good quality. We have bought a paddleboard from wave which then came with all the accessories you could need! The rucksack to carry the paddleboard is also really thick which is unlike others I have seen.
When we had a slight problem with the fin getting stuck in the slot, Wave customer service were so very helpful and watched the videos I sent in and got a new one sent straight away so we weren't without our paddleboard adventures for long!
I have recommended Wave to all my friends and explained how great their communication, products and customer service are. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Excellent board and service. Delivery was as estimated. Very easy to get the board up and going. The board was for my wife, a 40th anniversary present. She loves boarding and has been a few times with one of our daughters in the Lakes and now in the Broads where she used it for the first time on a six mile paddle from Beccles up to the Lock Inn where I had run to. We had a drink and they headed back to Beccles Quay. I had to jog. As I haven't got a sup yet. Still time. She plans to explore the Peak District where we live. Boarding past Chatsworth House and down the Derwent from the famous Derwent Dams, where the Dam Busters flew to practice before heading to Germany.

24 days standard delivery time.
Ordered a board that was instock on Saturday, DPD next day, so realistically delivered Tuesday/Wednesday. Emailed them just to check, and estimated delivery date is the 22nd of September, 24 days after order. Their response was " Thanks for getting in touch — I’m sorry for the confusion. Our records show this item is on the merchant’s current fulfilment schedule and isn’t set to dispatch immediately. Because of that, the DPD next-working-day service can’t apply to this purchase even though it was placed on a Saturday. The merchant’s expected dispatch is around mid-September" and instead of offering options like different board or discount, like a good customer service team. They simply offered refund or i could wait.
They could have given me alternatives for a quicker delivery anything but they didnt.
So, I'll be getting a refund and buying from anyone else.
