Great product at a competitive price… A small issue of damage discovered on unboxing was sorted out immediately by Sophie and Esther who were good enough to reply to my email and sort it out on a bank holiday.

Excellent service
We ordered our paddle board on Friday and it arrived on Saturday! Unpacked and blew the board up and it all looks great. There was a small rip on the pocket of the carry bag so I emailed in the evening and by the next morning I had a reply from Sophie to say that they would send out a new bag straight away. Brilliant service, can't wait to get out on the water!

I received my new paddle board today
I received my new paddle board today, I went for the navy woody. Looks really nice and sturdy straight out the box. It has clear instructions for set up but unfortunately I had a faulty pump. I reached out to them today when I received my board and they have already sent a new pump out. Great customer service! Thank you Antria for the speedy reply. Can't wait to test my new board out.

Exceptional customer care by Esther. Highly recommend the wave Garda spa and the inflatable paddle board. Hot tub is eco, my electricity bill is not as high as I thought it would be and the app to control temperature, filter and bubbles is great. Most importantly looks a lot nicer than the blow up hot tubs!

10/10 customer service
Ordered a paddle board from these guys. Was delivered the next day. The board not only looks great but is super solid and sturdy. We had a few issues with the pump letting by whilst inflating but after speaking to Sophie via email we’re getting a replacement pump which hopefully resolves the issue. Can’t fault the customer service and would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a paddle board.

You won't get next day delivery
Ordered a board on Saturday as wanting to go on the lake on Tuesday, this being our last day off work. They had an offer of order by 2pm and next working day delivery. Tuesday came and we sat about waiting, emailed, no response. They don't have a phone number for you to contact them and the one I found had been disconnected so no chance of speaking to a human. I found a chat option and spoke to Jessica. She said they had dispatched it on Monday, but after some queries, she let it slip they'd only sent it on Tuesday, the day they guaranteed I'd get my order. She offered me 10% off but I said I wasn't happy as had they kept us in the loop i.e an email or phonecall to say it was delayed, we'd have done something else with our day. With that she decided to end the chat. I had to put in a new chat request, but after 40 minutes it's become clear she does not want to assist me further as I wasn't happy with the outcome. Disappointing
