I primarily dealt with Felicity Ryan who was extremely knowledgeable, credible, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Felicity was very patient in explaining the intricacies of the buying process which was very reassuring for me having not gone through this in many years. Felicity and the team pulled out all the stops to ensure I moved on my preferred date, despite the team going through a very busy period. Extraordinary service
Clarity were recommended to me by my estate agent as he had found they were very easy to contact. This is the third time I have been through the conveyancing process and the service I received from Clarity was so much better to what I had previously experienced and exceeded my expectations. I trusted that they had by best interests as a priority, they got back to me in a timely manner, were patient with my questions and were tenacious when tracking down delays from other firms. I don’t tend to leave reviews but the service I received was so extraordinary I felt it warranted one. I would recommend them to anyone.
